Hi, I have placed an order at crazendemand (https://www.crazendemand.com/) and was not at all happy with the product that i've got. So, according to their terms & conditions, i have couriered the product back to their address and it has reached them. I have the proof as well. But when i'm calling them on their phone number or contacting them through email no one is bothered to pick up or reply. Since 3 weeks i have my money stuck with them. At least for courtesy they should call back and inform why it is taking so long. I have attached the proofs below.
