CrazeNDemand — wrong product delivered and not replying to requests for refund/return

On 3rd November, 2019, ordered a product "Prominent Light Pink Coloured Soft Silk Saree", which was delivered to me on 7th November, 2019, after paying Rs. 1549.

Upon opening the product, the I found that the product was completely different from the product advertised on the company's website. The product was of a different colour (golden, not pink) and different design/style (with coloured and printed floral borders instead of a plain saree) as compared to the advertised product.

Immediately thereafter, Whatsapp messages were sent to their official number, mentioning the issue. The company asked for an official complaint to be made to their official email. A request for return and refund was sent to them soon thereafter, on the same day (7th November, 2019). Till now, there has been no response. The have also stopped replying to messages and do not pick up their phones.

I want my refund.
