Sir, i have purchased a saree of code SB1084 which was red black and golden in colour but you have delivered the sari with code 1038 which is totally a different saree..i expect you to take enough action as soon as possible for the return or else costumers like us will be in loss. Its highly disappointing which wasn't expected.

I have ordered 4 saree worth 6000 rs. The amount got debited from my account. My order no is[protected]. The saree was not delivered. When i checked the Ecom courier with AWB NO[protected], they told good will not be delivered please check with crazendemand. I sent e-mail and watapped no response. Kindly help to get to get back my money to my account

Delivered product not ordered. Material is very cheap one. Design and material not as per photo and description mentioned in company website. Worthless product and it is not worth for rs.150, whereas i have paid rs.1500/. U take back and return my money and compensation of rs.1500/ for mental agony. I have purchased a silk saree worth rs 1499 online on[protected]
. But the saree i received is of very poor quality and not worth the amount i paid so i want to return the saree my phone no is [protected]. The saree i have ordered is grey in colour. But the saree i received is grey on one side and yellow on the other side. I have tried several time to call the company on their registerd phone number. They are not attending. It sees that the phone no they provided is fake.

We ordered a soft silk saree from this site on october 26, 2018 for rs. 1449 including delivery charges. When we received the saree on november 4, 2018, we found it to be a cheap print saree worth rs. 200. Cancellation / return options are not available for products which are not liked by customer when seen physically. Nobody should ever order any thing from this site. What you see is not what you get. They show something nice and deliver something else. It is a fraudulent website.

I have ordered a soft silk saree for 1549 (Cash on delivery) with crazendemand. I have a received a product which s totally a different one. I tried to contact them through mobile and sent them mail to [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@crazendemand.com. No response yet. It seems that more than 100 customers have been cheated by them. Request you to take action on this.

I orderd 2 sarees worth total rs.2998 incl. Cod chrgs from https://www.crazendemand.com vide order id 2210/52729 and[protected] dtd 22.10.2018 and received items on 27.10.18 vide awb no.[protected]
Their products as shown in facebook is totally different from what i actually received. They are of very very poor quality material and entirely different from the image shown in their site. It is just not a soft silk material. There is one side colour print the and reverse side plain shiny golden colour which is very horrible. They had mentioned the material as soft silk but it is just a polyster type of material very shiny and substandard. They had said that the it can returned if we are not satistfied with the product. But now that their return policy is not transparent and cannot be done online too. I think they are big fraud.
We request the consumer forum to take note of all the complaints which seems to be similar for all and help us to return the items and get our money refunded. I can see a lot of people have complained about them and their very poor response. So pls take action immediately.
Theys are surely big fraud and refrain them from selling online and block facebook account.... Please take action on them n help us get our money back. Very bad experience

I have ordered a saree to my wife. The cost of the product is 1499/- and rs 50/- for shipping charges.. I've received the product and we were shocked. When my wife checked the product the colour and quality of the cloth are completely mismatched. She is not at all satisfied. When we tried to contact them no one is responding. The site is saribox.com. Kindly don't order from this site. Most inappropriate site ever visited. Worst ever. There are no certain steps regarding exchange or return in the ssite.. The sari is not worth of even rs 100. We were completely cheated and fooled by paying rs 1500. Dirty product..

I had bought 2 sarees worth Rs.3000/- last week, which was mentioned on Craze n Demand website as Soft Silk Saree. But in real it is worst than a curtain material and I was shocked to receive such messy sarees. I am totally unhappy with the quality and the poor design which has got no relevance to the pics shown on their website. In no way that we could contact this fraud company. There is no return policy and we can never get any REFUND from them. I request Google to stop such companies from advertising. After buying the sarees only, I came across this website and submitting this complaint. Never ever think of buying anything from CRAZE N DEMAND.

I have purchased two soft silk sarees worth of 1350 and got in very poor quality. Do not even worth 500rs. I really do not understand, is that really soft silk sarees??. Why to cheat customers and do the business instead do the right business and gain customers. I need total refund back and take proper against these type of frauds. Enough of online fraud.

We Bought 3 soft silk sarees at 1499, 1399 and 1399 vide order ID[protected], 44638 and 44637 on 10.10.2018. All are of poor quality and worthless. It was completely different from the product displayed in site. Donot cost more than Rs300. Tried to call customer care. But of no use. Their watsapp no and Email id are not responding. I had the news that even if we return the product roducts back to them, they are not refunding the amount to us. We want our cash back. Pl help.

Before i ordering the product they often calling. And after the product delivered they didn't attention the call. And i was sent request in their email, whatsapp, and i was calling their mobile number they didn't attention the call. They maintain silence. I will inform in their face book i'd also they didn’t respond me. Plzz take action sir plzz it's my request.

I had online purchased saree worth rs 1499 vide online order number awb[protected] from crazendemand surat. Saree receives was of worst material which i returned back. Still awaiting for payment return. No response from supplier inspite of constant follow-up. Seems got cheated.

But they didnot sent any information or saree. Their email id [protected]@gmail.com their address is 216, raghubir textile mall, aai mata road, surat. Please enquire this matter. Thanking you.

I have been trying to reach them through the number i got for. Their facebook page. After what's ap on their business contact. From them i received a detailed message regarding filling a full form. Than i ignored it and wrote them to tell when will i receive my silk saree costing thirteen nine nine
As i am worried after reading various report of them. Being fake with the customers and scamming on looting money and doing no refunds. And there are many complaints i have been reading that says they ordered one product and received entirely different. And when tried changed or replace or asked for refund this website owners are blocking the customer that means from a long time these people are doing this fraud, showing one saree on display and sending cheap stuff. I am so worried loosing my money but though i am from. Media if something happens like this with me than boss it will be their first and last time with me because i will book the formal complaint i. E f. I. R in poluce station soon. Just waiting if i get the right produce because this time this crazendemand boys got the wrong girl accross. Never ever unserestimste power of a media and law loving woman. Lets see if dont have to do this all and get the right product if not than police station are opened 24*7.
