I have purchased one saree price 1399 which is supposed to be soft silk saree, but when delivered i found out that its a cheap synthetic saree with same print which is not worth of 1399, i have paid 1450 total with delivery charge & the delivery person did nit allow me to open the pack infront of him, so after opening i got to know this is completely cheating. They are not even recieving calls, not even replying to msgs, they are simply doing fraud with consumers, please take necessary actions on them or else they will be keeping on frauding people.

Hi,

Recently I ordered Saree from Crazendemand, the product which was delivered not at all look like in the image.
I'm demand the refund from Crazendemand. Customer care, what's app number nothing is working.
If these many are complaining about this website, why govt is not at talking against of these frauds.

    Through facebook, i got to know about craze n demand online cloth shopping. I booked a saree for worth of 1399 through online payment. But the money has been deducted but ordered confirmation got failed. Please take necessary actions asap. I tried calling them from whats app and facebook.       I tried to contact the company through call, whats app and Facebook. They are not attending call or replying on WhatsApp either. Even in Facebook they have blocked. Im not sure more than how can i contact them.

        I have ordered a soft silk saree rs1400, instead i got an curtain type material saree poor quality which is not worth of 1400rs, they don't have return option on site crazendemand.com and no customer care number also.

        Somehow got the number ([protected]) from juts dial, they are not responding to my calls and blocked my number, i have left a mail on both the mail id's they mentioned on site, but mail id's are not valid.

        Please help in getting my money back, by returning the product.
        They are cheating customer with 2 online sites, https://www.crazendemand.com/ and https://www.saribox.com/
        I checked in google also there were many complaints against this sites.

        I had ordered a soft silk saree worth Rs. 1399, but I received a totally different saree of inferior quality. I wrote to them, but there is no reply. Today I have send them a reminder and hope they will reply. I think this site is not reliable with no customer relation. If we do not get the right product we should start a cam[aign against these people on social media so that such actions are curtailed.

        If someone has their full address and telephone number please pass on.

          Purchased a saree from crazendemand website, and the item got delivered. The item was different than what was shown in the picture. As soon as the delivery was made, we tried to contact the seller to ship the item back to him but no response through email / WhatsApp / phone etc. But he sees our messages in WhatsApp.

          I have shipped the item back to him through speedpost.

          I have asked for a refund and have given my bank details in the email.

          Please help and take necessary action against these fraudsters.

            I had purchased a saree on july 3 on a online company in Surat called craze n demand I purchased 2 sarees worth rs.2900 but the saree did not appear as in the website so I wanted to get in refunded but now the online company is not at all receving the call Nd the delivery person also did not allow us to open the package in front of him...we want immidiate action on this company

            I ordered a soft silk saree through craze n demand, and received a cheap polyester saree instead.I lost my 1575 rupees.Such cheaters they are.Consumer court should definitely punish these kind of people.My order number is[protected].I want my refund.No response for emails or WhatsApp messages.They don't have phone number.Usually I check reviews, before ordering, this time I missed it and got fooled.

            Cannot comment about the product as it is still not received after it was ordered as a gift for birthday, 8 days since it was ordered, no signs of it reaching yet. Birthday has passed and I have made a fool of myself promising it would come on time. Their delivery partner is Xpresbees, which is a disgrace to the English word Express as it is one of the pathetic service that can take upto 15 days to deliver a product from Surat to Bangalore. If you intend to buy a gift for a dear one from craze and demand plan three months ahead as that is the lead time required for craze n demand and their screwed up delivery partner to deliver your product and still not sure about the quality of the product. High time these places shut down for such poor service!!
