I have ordered mobile phone on 29th July at Crazideal.com. still not received the parcel. I am trying to contact them but unable to connect. website is also not working and mails also not going. they have mentioned mail ID on his website "query.[protected]@gmail.com". i sent mail but its showing mail ID is wrong. requesting you to please do the needful. Same problem here. I made complaint at https://cybercrime.gov.in/. Complaint is now under process. yourself also can proceed the same.
