[Resolved]  Cred — 20K deducted from account but not paid to my credit card bill payment

Hello,

I have done 3 transactions of 20k each against my credit card payment via cred app using phone pe option on 24th April 2022. Attached are the transaction details for the same. Out of the three transactions two were loaded to my credit card account against the monthly bill by the cred app, but one transaction of 20k has not been loaded to my credit card account by cred. I have checked via phone pe support and they had confirmed that amount has been credited in cred account. I had already raised a complain to the grievance office of cred but it's been more than 7 days and they have not revered back to me with any information.

Since the amount is deducted from my savings account and credited to creds account and they have not paid my credit card bill amounting to 20, 000 rupees I would like to have my money amounting 20, 000 revert back from cred asap.
