[Resolved] Cred — Service fee charged on insurance payment

Hi Support,

I got charged service fee of ₹588.00 for the payment of ₹39, 139.00 towards the HDFC Life Insurance on October 25th, 2023 with the order ID- J1Q2P1WYP4R.

I'm paying this insurance on regular basis used other platform also for the payment but only CRED has charged service fee for my insurance payment without any prior notifications. I spoke with customer support for the same but they are unable to help regarding refund.

It should be informed to customer before completing the final payment.

I had processed for ₹39, 139.00 and got deduction message for ₹39, 727.00
