On 30 Apr 2024, at 8:56, I attempted to recharge my Airtel mobile account with an amount of Rs 265 through the CRED app. However, despite the app displaying a successful payment confirmation, the recharge did not reflect on my mobile account.
I immediately checked my bank account, and the payment had indeed been debited from my account. It's disconcerting to experience such a discrepancy between the payment confirmation and the actual service provided.
