complaint regarding delayed prepaid recharge on cred app

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a delayed prepaid recharge on CRED app . On 19/05/20244, I initiated a prepaid recharge transaction through the CRED mobile application for Rs.155. Despite completing the payment successfully, the recharge has not been processed on my prepaid account on time. Due to this delay I couldn't make calls for my emergency requirement.

I have taken Car insurance from cred for my Chevrolet Beat,

which I paid 3865, but vehicle model was wrongly updated in the document,

After contacting cred and insurer multiple times, they are not providing any proper resolution. and today insurer send a link for additional payment of 3338 rupees.

I already paid 3865 rupees as per the initial quote,

Which is not acceptable.

and for this you have taken almost a month !!!

    I have received a damaged product of ajmal perfume and i have raise a request for return but vendor refused to take take return as per them quality check was done but whn i open the packet I noticed bottle was damaged and had send request with images for return but till date I am waiting for response from cred

          I had made a transaction from cred of Rs. 80, 000 for surgery of my friend's father in 11th Oct, 2023. Yet, I didn't forget to make correct payments and my loan payment is on tract. But continuously cred is charging ECS payment of Rs. 500 additionally apart from the emi. They are not retaining my money also after updates and regular contact. Please make necessary actions regarding the ECS issue and kindly give back my money. I'm doing part time job to study and I can't afford such charges from my emi.

            On 30 Apr 2024, at 8:56, I attempted to recharge my Airtel mobile account with an amount of Rs 265 through the CRED app. However, despite the app displaying a successful payment confirmation, the recharge did not reflect on my mobile account.

            I immediately checked my bank account, and the payment had indeed been debited from my account. It's disconcerting to experience such a discrepancy between the payment confirmation and the actual service provided.

              Hi, I've paid INR 17841.26 of my IDFC credit card account on 8th through Cred but still it is not to respective credit. Have called cred support no to registered a complaint and asked for refund but they refused and confirm it will refunded till 16th. My due date is 11th and still it is not paid to credit card account.

              If payment not credited within due date my cibil got effected. Feeling cheated from Cred.

                Loan pre closure

                Referral Cashback issue

                I referred this app to one of my friends, and he installed it through my link. He made some payments through the downloaded app and also paid some utility bills through the Cred app. However, I have not received any cashback (level 2) for that referral.                 Fraudulent transaction from CRED APP without my approval

                There we a couple of transactions to DreamPlug technologies amount to close to INR 6000 from my cred account without my approval from the CRED app.

                CRED customer care says they have no idea on this and since the amount is already debited, nothing can be done to solve the same. No use of complaint registered as well....

                I have paid 135000 to my HDFC credit card through ICICI Account.

                The payment not received by HDFC bank the amount which was paid through ICICI through cred.
                Pl. initiate the payment or refund the payment as early as possible the HDFC is giving he fine on none payment of payment...

                Rs. 3336/- was paid using cred app and amount was debited from my ICICI bank account for the payment of bank of Maharashtra credit card initiated on 27-Feb-2024, payment is still showing as under processing after 24hours, not response received from cred support even after raising the issue with cred online support and from email too. kindly refund the amount or credit the payment to the credit card account, kindly do the needful...
