insurance plan (fraud shield)

Hi,
this was todays incident, I was paying IndusInd Bank credit card payment thru Cred application. but somehow some cred fraud shield insurance policy was activated automatically worth INR 1000/- without my consent and approval. you are requested to please intervene and help in getting my money of INR 1000/- Refund from Cred.

Fake and worst quality product by cred merchant

Unauthorized deduction for cred protection request for cancellation & refund

I have noticed a deduction of ₹590 from my account towards Cred Protection, which was activated without my consent. I did not request or authorize this service, and I believe this charge has been applied automatically.

-> Cancel the Cred Protection service immediately
-> Refund the ₹590 that was deducted without my approval....

Service fee charged on insurance payment

Hi Support,

I got charged service fee of ₹588.00 for the payment of ₹39, 139.00 towards the HDFC Life Insurance on October 25th, 2023 with the order ID- J1Q2P1WYP4R.

I'm paying this insurance on regular basis used other platform also for the payment but only CRED has charged service fee for my insurance payment without any prior notifications. I spoke with customer support for the same but they are unable...

Cred application not taking my problem seriesly they decrease my cibil score

DEAR TEAM Currently i have 3 cred cash loan
1. amount 12300 emi is 591
2. amount 14300 emi is 687
3. amount 17400 emi is 835
yesterday was my emi day 2 june but emi not debited from my account
it is showing overdue ... your customer support number is not working ...
solve my its IMPACT on my cibil otherwise...

regarding wrong information

I was used CRED App since may 2023. i have checked my CIBIL score on today on CRED app, in which shown that he given me a personal loan as on date 30 april 24, whereas I have not taken any kind of loan from the said app, because of this my CIBIL score may be getting spoiled.

complaint regarding delayed prepaid recharge on cred app

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a delayed prepaid recharge on CRED app . On 19/05/20244, I initiated a prepaid recharge transaction through the CRED mobile application for Rs.155. I have taken Car insurance from cred for my Chevrolet Beat,

which I paid 3865, but vehicle model was wrongly updated in the document,

After contacting cred and insurer multiple times, they are not providing any proper resolution. and today insurer send a link for additional payment of 3338 rupees.

I already paid 3865 rupees as per the initial quote,

          I had made a transaction from cred of Rs. 80, 000 for surgery of my friend's father in 11th Oct, 2023. Yet, I didn't forget to make correct payments and my loan payment is on tract. But continuously cred is charging ECS payment of Rs. 500 additionally apart from the emi. They are not retaining my money also after updates and regular contact. Please make necessary actions regarding the ECS issue and kindly give back my money. I'm doing part time job to study and I can't afford such charges from my emi.

              On 30 Apr 2024, at 8:56, I attempted to recharge my Airtel mobile account with an amount of Rs 265 through the CRED app. However, despite the app displaying a successful payment confirmation, the recharge did not reflect on my mobile account.

              I immediately checked my bank account, and the payment had indeed been debited from my account. It's disconcerting to experience such a discrepancy between the payment confirmation and the actual service provided.

                  Hi, I've paid INR 17841.26 of my IDFC credit card account on 8th through Cred but still it is not to respective credit. Have called cred support no to registered a complaint and asked for refund but they refused and confirm it will refunded till 16th. My due date is 11th and still it is not paid to credit card account.
