Cred — Amount deducted wrongly from SB account but not refunded

While payment of my HDFC credit card bill due on 02.07.2022 through CRED UPI app, an amount of Rs. 10, 410 was debited from my B account vide No. [protected] and credited to their VPA cred.[protected]@axisb UPI vide reference No.[protected] on 01.07.2022 at 11.28 a.m. intimating transaction failed with a notice that same will be refunded within 3 days latest by 4th July.

But till now they have not refunded the amount to my source account from where it was collected by them. I fell such like app is creating disturbances and is engaged in defrauding the funds of the people. Please make a discreet inquiry and initiate exemplary punishment so that such fraudsters opening UPI can not suffer general public.
