[Resolved]  Cred App — Complaint regarding online fraud- Credit Card Transaction-regarding

I, Nadimpalli Eswara Prasad son of Sri N.Santharam, aged about 46 years, presently residing at: Plot NO.404, Dharani Sai Apartments, Near Keshavareddy school ground, Venkata Ramana Colony, Kurnool – 518006 and in Skandhanshi Infra Projects India Pvt Ltd Company, Kurnool.

I am the holder of Andhra Bank Credit Card No.[protected] and I generally use my credit card for making all ‘bill payments’ regularly by using CRED App (http.cred.club). I found that from the last one month onwards, the CRED App was not working in connection with ‘Andhra Bank Credit Card’ as I was unable to pay the credit due amount by login the App., and I have raised a complaint in Cred App and I have been give complaint Token No.1556019.

After that I searched for the customer care number in Google and found the customer care No.[protected] and I had contacted this number today at around 7.45am but there was no response. After a few minutes I received a call from the above -mentioned customer care number.

While having discussion with the customer care I have been asked to give the details of Card expiry date with cvv which I have given in confusion assuming that the system is being rectified. I have subsequently received OTP No. 0315 while the conversation is on and I have asked to give the OTP Number also; as soon as I gave my OTP A transaction of Rs. 50775 has been done using your Union Bank of India Card ending 7001 at CRED 56003 on 18 May, 2021, 08:10:26. Available Limit is 6436.11.

And the Customer Care was still on line and he also asked to provide the details of another credit card of SBI & RBL credit cards which are available in CRED App for transfer the amount from one Card to another credit card.

After discussion, he again transacted with the given Card information sent and I have received another OTP for the credit the amount of Rs.4062/-.A transaction of Rs. 4062 has been done using your Union Bank of India Card ending 7001 at CRED 56003 on 18May, 2021 at 08:52:21. Avail Limit is 2374.11. After a long discussion with him, he suggested downloading ‘Any Desk software’ from the Play store in your mobile and the Phone was disconnected. After that I had contacted Andhra Bank customer care for blocking the card.
