Cred — cred cash emi not debit from my account they impact on my cibil

Cred application not taking my problem seriesly they decrease my cibil score

DEAR TEAM Currently i have 3 cred cash loan
1. amount 12300 emi is 591
2. amount 14300 emi is 687
3. amount 17400 emi is 835
yesterday was my emi day 2 june but emi not debited from my account
it is showing overdue ... your customer support number is not working ...
solve my its IMPACT on my cibil otherwise i will take legal action against cred
