On 20th Nov 2022, I called just dial for cab services for goa airport to resort drop. They told that some cab services will call me. One cab service mahadev travels person called me and asked me to book cab on their website. I entered details of my travel and then it landed to transaction page but transaction failed. Then that person sent me an app and asked to install on phone, but I couldn't due to some error. Then that person told me that he is asking team to do manual booking. He sent me a google meet link and asked me to connect. I connected and then one person guided me to fill the form online. I filled and As soon as I saw otp transaction, i immediately disconnected session, call and I got messages of Cred and ICICI bank for transaction of Rs 49760 to the account of Dreamplug technologies. I immediately registered complaint to ICICI credit card customer care and filed FIR at cyber crime police. I submitted one copy to ICICI bank branch as well.
