[Resolved]  Cred — Credit card payment not credited in Amex Card

Dear sir,
I have paid the credit card bill amount on dtd 8-11-23 vide utr no. IN6BT23110810DLH through CRED APP. against that we have paid below mention amount to Cred.
= 08 Nov 2023 My0vRRvgJ39PCe-RAZPCREDCLUB [protected] 08 Nov 2023 4, 097.00

But after 6 days that amount is not credited in amex card account (confirmed by Customer care).

request to resolve the issues as soon as possible and refund the amount.
