Have taken a two wheller Insurance From CRED platform. The Insurance provider was ICICILombard. Due to a glitch in app I was and I am not able to update the KYC. Hence raised a issue and they asked me to send the Adhar Card for KYC. I brought the Insurance on Oct 26 2023 and sent all requested documents in mail but today it's Nov 22 2023 and still no updates from CRED and no replies to my multiple follow ups. When I do get a call from support they say we are from Credit Card department an can't help on this. No replies to any of my mail still now, attaching the xommunication below.
