Cred — Credit Card Payment Not done on time

I have paid my Au Bank Credit Card bill (ending with 9945, due -5th Sept ) on 4th September. But Cred reversed the transaction on 5th September evening. I again paid it on same day 5th September but same as again reversed on 9th September. They were showing it paid and also asked me to not pay again so I didn't paid and now due to reverse of transaction AU bank is charging me late fees of Rs. 600+ GST.

I need to be repaid this late fees as it is not my fault. I already paid amount on time.
