[Resolved]  Cred — Didn't get refund on failed transaction

On 5th December, i have made UPI transaction of my life insurance of 25, 003 INR on cred app. That transaction was failed according to cred. However the amount 24, 998 INR got deducted from my bank account as i had 5 INR as my cred balance. After waiting for 5days i have contacted bank as i did not get the refund. Bank said the transaction was successful next day and the amount is creded to the beneficiary account, where cred been saying they have initiated refund on 5th December. To investigate more, bank asked for Account statement or ARN number. Both of the details are not provide by cred.

Now i am stuck between.. and loosing hope of getting the money back. Cred should not be on finance sector unless they provide those details with customers.
