Cred — Fake and worst quality product by cred merchant

I bought one earbud of Aertek Company which was suggested by cred on 12th July and the product is not working and quality of the product is also very worst like a copy of something and there is no user manual and other warranty related information in the packet then I approached cred for arranging the product replacement or refund even same day informed to Merchant as well but merchant did not reply on my mail and cred team also wasted my time in five days by multiple calls and messaged but still I am struggling. Cred team is also not taking any action against these fraud merchant and they are making people fool by selling the fake products.
Today is my last complaint on this portal after trying at Cred support on Twitter but no refund initiated and cred is offering me 100 Cred coins while I am already having 832690 coins in my cred account
