Cred — Fraudulent Transaction - Need Immediate Action

Hi,

I’m Karthikeyan R, I’ve made payment of Rs.3244 to TNEB (Electricity Bill - Consumer ID[protected] today morning through CRED APP by using my kotak credit card on today (05/11/2024) 04:35am but twice the time amount was deducted from my credit card then I checked my credit card transaction history. It was deducted through CRED app only (Please refer attached screenshot) and I called my credit card customer care they also confirmed the same and they provided the transaction ID, based on these details I’ve identified 1st Transaction of INR 3244 timing is 04:37:26 and 2nd Transaction of INR 3244 timing is 04:37:48 within 22secs second transaction happened through CRED. Immediately I raised a 02nd transaction as a fraudulent transaction with my credit card customer care. I need a refund of my 02nd transaction INR 3244/-.
