Cred — Insurance not issued money debited

Hi,

I want to complaint about incident of money debiting and insurance not issuing,
date of incident: On Oct 3rd, 2025.

I renewed my car insurance policy via cred and it asked for inspection after payment, I did that via agent option and that was done in morning of 4th Oct, 2025 but till now the policy is not yet issued, I called cred several times and they said we are looking into it and then came to a point where they were saying "as there is a team already looking into it we can't help more". I was asking either to issue the policy in 1-2 days or refund the amount, as its already several days now, I wan't refund.

The insurance company is digit.

Desirable resolution: I am requesting full refund of this now as after 3 days now my car and me are not insured and my money is debited also I cant go to work because of this.
