Cred — Loan pre closure

I have made the pre closure for my loan Rs 373490 through inline and details are given below and after that I got the information from them like due to some system issue money is getting refunded in 7 working days . I can’t accept this reason because I am again loosing interest for the same, from Cred side there is no proper response and they say we cant do anything for this and simple disconnect the call . I really need the justice for me and they can’t play with the public with their hard earned money
