Cred — My payment stuck

Have made a credit card payment on 4th September 2022 via cred app and the amount was 18275, the amount was deducted from my credit card and got a message payment successful but the status is showing in process. The amount is neither returned to my bank account nor deposited to my credit card account.

I am waiting for this since 3 days and have raised a request too but no response yet.

The order ID is E5Q4REW9G2EX

Would request to check and do the needful at earliest.

I paid as a rent to my sister. She didn't get the amount. They have no customer care number. Even the chat box is automated. Please help and refund my amount. Please
