Dear Consumer complaint Department,
I placed an order through CRED on 18 July 2025, and to date, I haven’t received no update, no confirmation call, and no tracking information. There’s no customer support number listed, and the app offers no direct resolution for this issue.
I've tried reaching out via the CRED app and searched everywhere for contact details — nothing helpful so far. This lack of response feels deeply irresponsible, and as a customer, I feel completely let down. It's starting to feel like I've been robbed, not served.
