Cred — Payment towards my ICICI CREDIT Card through CRED app not credited

I have made total of 8 transactions on 15th JULY 2022 in which 2 got failed and no amount debited which is fine. Out of the 6 successful payments which are listed below, one payment of Rs.5000 on 15th July through CRED app for my ICICI credit card is not credited. Payment has been made from my ICICI savings account using NEFT and UPI via CRED app - Till today 29.07.2022, it is NOT credited to my Credit card.

I have contacted ICICI bank customer care they clearly stated that one payment with amount 5000 was not credited to CREDIT CARD and need to check with CRED support.

CRED App is still showing as payment successful and showing as fully paid in CRED app whereas the payment is not reflected in my ICICI Credit card statement. Support is very poor over mail or App. It is unnecessarily giving torture and restless to consumer's. Kindly do the needful either pay it to CREDIT Card account or refund it
