Cred — Regarding credit card payment issue

Hi Team,

I made two times credit card payments.

First, I paid through the CRED third-party app. The amount was debited from my account but has not been reflected in my credit card balance.

So, I made a second payment through the Indian Bank app, which was successfully reflected.

Could you please help me with the status of the first payment?
