Cred — regarding wrong information

I was used CRED App since may 2023. i have checked my CIBIL score on today on CRED app, in which shown that he given me a personal loan as on date 30 april 24, whereas I have not taken any kind of loan from the said app, because of this my CIBIL score may be getting spoiled.

In this regard I have raised a ticket on the customer support on CRED app ticket no is xxx83900 and i have also posted the related screenshot.
His customer support officer said that please check the report with other credit portal than I also check the credit report on other credit portal the same report is shown.

So please do the needful as soon as possible so that my CIBIL score can become correct again.
