Cred — Rent Pay through cred not credited to card or account

I paid 40000 through pay rent option amount got deducted but it is not credited to landlord. I have been following it is 10 working days issue not resolved raised a ticket on March 7th 2022 still issue not resolved but they have closed the ticket without refunding my amount .My ticket ID 3226336 amount still not received from my side to card or account.please work on this immediately and resolve my issue as soon as possible
