I have taken a loan from CRED on Nov 30th 2021 and repaid on Dec 7th 2021 for my education fee payment.
Recently there was an unauthorized money deduction from my bank account of 44873 and i immediately contacted on May 5th 2022 support team as they don't have customer care number. Since then they have been sending emails that they are working on it but no refund initiated again today I have got another message saying that there would be another EMI which is scheduled to deduct on Jun 3rd 2022. When I have repaid complete loan amount why they are deducting my money. I have kept the amount for my masters and these guys are torturing me so much. I am requesting my money back. I have attached all the transaction details for your reference.
I need my money back immediately, I am an existing customer since 2018 almost like one of the starting customers but is this how you treat your customers?
