Dear CRED Support Team,
I am writing to raise a concern regarding a transaction made through Dreamplug Technologies (CRED) that appears to be incorrect/unauthorized. Please find the details below:
Transaction Date: 13 September 2025
Transaction Amount: 29747.50/-Rs and 39045.00/-Rs
Transaction Reference:[protected] & [protected]
Payment Mode: Credit Card
Bank Name / Card Last 4 Digits: 5588
The above amount has been debited from my Credit Card, but I have not taken any services from Dreamplug Technologies for Housing & Utilities but they fraudulent way debited my credit card amount, now billing date is nearby and how I will pay this amount to Bank.
I request you to kindly investigate this transaction and provide me with a resolution at the earliest. Please confirm receipt of this email and let me know the expected timeline for reversal/clarification.
I am also attaching screenshots of the debit message your reference.
