Credibility Solutions Private Limited — Empty parcel received!

I had placed an order of a mask on club factory for rs. 133 from credibility solutions private limited
Item no. Srp[protected]n. I paid it online by card. But i received it empty. The parcel was in a box and as soon as i opened it i saw that the box was empty it didn't have the product but just the wrapper. The whole wrapper was just sitting empty in the parcel.

I tried calling customer care but since the whole situation going on about covid19 i couldn't reach them.

I informed one of the agent on the cf app and they said they'd investigate and resolve this issue. Later in the morning they sent this "dear customer, we had investigated the weight with related department, it's 0.025kg. Which means the item had been shipped out properly, please kindly check again." i texted them again but they have been ignoring me. Many had faced this same problem before from club factory. I believe club factory is just a scam. This does not make any sense. Please take actions for the refund of my money or deliver the actual product.

This is just so unfair and frauding!!!

I sent an email to their company but they're not responding. Please do something about this.
