There is a huge list of disappointments with this stupid uncivilized and pathetic company.
These guys r the most heavy burdens on earth, who keep such idiotic thinking. Firstlty one of the representative - pankaj, accused me that m a single parent child and too a female and that too of a single mother",.. And with this situation he showed a doubt that i would run without paying back my loan. We will run away with the money,. Seriously u kidding me,. Such bad person u r, i wonder from where this thinking came from,. This company shud be sued., closed,. Services banned.
This is how they deal with the female applicants,. This is how our country is growing towards betterment with such bad people.
A cse shud be filed against them all.
Coz now after a verbal apology to me,. They have denied giving me loan. Next mail will be to mr. Modi,.

Hello, his is me Shubham. I am from Ngar town in Bharatpur (dis) Rajasthan.
I applied document to PNB bank branch Nagar Bharatpur. But they are not giving me loan and asked for unwanted documents. I belong to poor family and currently pursuing my engineering. The bank manager befooled last 9 months. And he do not want to give loan. I am in trouble. If loan is not giving to me I will have to leave my engineering.

Word of advice: never take a loan from Credila. I took an education loan in 2012 at 11.5%, the interest rate got increased to 12.1% in 2013. In last two years with multiple rate cuts by rbi, credila doesn't change their CBLR and loot its customers. My colleagues from same batch are paying as low as 9.7% for SBI and Andhra bank.

I have an account with Credila for almost 4 years now. Initially, I had a terrible time getting approved but I never complained. Now, I want them to stop charging me ridiculous interest rates and want to pay back whatever is due but they will not respond to it. I have asked them in multiple e-mails what the procedure is to close the account but have had no luck whatsoever.

Hello Sir, I had submitted all my documents which includes confidential documents as well, inspite of that my educatio loan is not getting approved which is being handled by satyam lambade who is a relationship manager in your company who is not responding on calls and messages. I have submitted confidential documents which I do not wish to be mishandled .Kindly let me know how my loan can be approved through mail or If you are unable to approve my loan kindly send me an official mail on the same and with a guarentee that the documents that I have submitted have been disposed off . I got an admit for one of the prestigious college of Bangalore. I submitted all my papers and completed all the formalities for a NON COLLATERAL LOAN. The guy from the Credila office called me and told that my loan is accepted. But immediately after 5 minutes called my father who was a co-obligant and rejected the loan without any valid reason. All my papers were as according to their terms and condition. I was not able to pay the fees. Will never advice anyone to contact credila.

On 9th day they declined my application. They simply wasted my time. .. agent will be full confidentato u that your loan will get sanction within 10 days... thats a big fat lie i request students please keep alternate option ready if you have already applied

My son wanted an education loan of Rs 50 lac for his MBA program abroad. We contacted HDFC Credila, NOIDA in Aril 2014 and their agents promptly came over all over eagerly extolled all the benefits etc etc. As co-applicant and guarantor I was to mortgage my AWHO house in Chennai. I sent copies the floor plan and registration details, they sent their inspector to physically inspect the premises - all very promptly so I was really impressed. They asked me to transfer by net banking the administrative fee. The agent, Mr Anuj Kumar, misled me by saying its less than 1 % . I was asked to pay 70, 225/-. Why ? because he did not mention that taxes were extra. Only after I pay the administrative fee they would give the letter of credit to satisfy Visa requirements. So, I paid the amount on 21 Apr 2014 and sent them the 'transaction successful' screen shot picture as advised by their agent. They sent a badly drafted soft copy of 'letter of credit' by email without any signatures and my sons name mis-spelt. It seems to me that these were outsourced agents of HDFC Credila since their emails emanated from yahoo. Within a few days I received a letter from Credila asking for detailed building plans of my house from the architect to enable processing. This would have taken months for me to get from AWHO and I did not have that much time . I told them that their inspector has measured the floor area, the UDSL is clearly mentioned in registration documents uploaded to them and land value is available online for that area of Chennai, which can prove that my flat is worth far more than loan amount. They just pleaded their inability to help as their legal dept requires those details. So I had to arrange funding pledges from relatives abroad to get the VISA for my son. Now HDFC Credila NOIDA refuses to return the administrative of Rs70, 225/-. which I had paid . They haven't even given me a receipt for the amount. I got a telephonic query from their Mumbai office as to why I have not pursued with loan. After narrating the whole story I asked them to refund the administrative fee- they say -sorry you have to approach the NOIDA branch. My advice to students and parents seeking education loans is - avoid Credila like plague. They will swindle you

Sir, I, Mr Umesh Mahto, applied for Education loan on August 2014, for my son's (Ram Chand Mahto) MS (post graduation) in US. When we applied for the loan they said it will be granted with in a month, It has been more than 9 months, they are not saying anything clearly. I have submitted all the required document 2 times, still it is not clear till now. We have managed for 2 semester, but It will be very difficult for us to manage the fees and other expenses for the coming semesters, if the loan is not sanctioned. Kindly help us to get the loan. Simply waste of time. Just like most Indian companies, 100% service assurance and 0% service.
better to apply with a nationalised bank rather than wasting time in such companies.

Warning : DO NOT SUBMIT ANY DOCUMENTS TO THE SALES REPRESENTATIVES.

Dont take a loan from these guys just because they process it faster than SBI or other public sector banks. While they convince you are the time of giving you the loan that there is no hidden costs they even charge things like document storage fee of 2500 Rs. We had a terrible experience with repayment due to insurmountable hidden costs and would not recommend anyone going abroad to take education loan from credila. Plan ahead so that you can get your loan approved in time from a public sector bank.

I have applied for Credila Loan via Jaipur Credila office. Earlier this thing was done by Yash Saini [protected]@yahoo.com. He was unreachable by call as well as my mail. I then called credila toll free number and was told that this thing is handled by Ajay Kumar Gupta +91-[protected] [protected]@credila.com. I also got his number from that. Then I contacted him. And came to know that teams will be coming to visit my location for checking the collateral property within a week. Since then, it has been 3 weeks or more. No reply. I called him several times. He isnt receiving the call nor calling me back. I haven't been contacted by them for anything. Its always I am calling them. They never replied to my emails earlier. I don't even know my application number and how much my app is processed. I dont know what all things are left for my application. This is not fine. My son availed education loan from Credila in 2012. We, the parents already started paying the EMIs of the said loan. My son is now interested to repay the entire loan. But Credila is demanding penalty for early payment of the balance loan. My question here is that RBI has made it clear that there will not be any penalty or additional interest for early payment of balance loan. Why Credila should demand it? What is way out to fight it out?

we have applied for Rs.8.0 lakhs loan to hyderabad branch for admission into imrt secunderabad, after deposited Rs.5000 as a processing fee your people took one month for loan sanctioning, even after one month also they was't give proper feed back.This not at all reasonable, if the student is not eligible to get the loan, your people has to give proper information & what about Rs.5000 ?

I have been trying to start the loan repayment since 2 months. They are delaying the process either by not replying and then quoting high lead time of -10-15 days for as small a thing as calculating the EMI amount. They are just not replying to messages and the only guy they connected me with cuts the phone on the face when you call him and doesnt reply to mails. Pathetic pathetic pathetic customer service. They are delaying the process just to get extra interest.

Hello sir/mam My name is Nilam thakkar .I m physiotherapist and I got admmision in Masters of public health in curtin university australia for July intake.for this I have applied for education loan from credila bank .I have submitted my all documents with my all properties original documents with blank cheque.They have miss guided me and they have cheated me .since last 3 days they are miss guided me that you will get your loan sanction letter today, tommorow in afternoon, in evening.They have wasted my time and on last moment they said no and rejected my loan.Now they are harassing me they are not giving my all documents back.They don't have any right to keep my documents after rejecting the loan, there is no rule that they cant given my documents back.there is all personal details of mine in documents so chances of miss use is there.and now i have to apply for other bank for same education loan.so i need documents i have shorter time so i need documents for other loan. so please help me.I m in big trouble I need my all documents back. I am Praveen Prashant From Pune I have applied for loan in bimm pune for mba program 2014-16 i have consulted mr sanjay pandit for this reason afetr 10 days they rejected my loan starting my dad is 58 and dont have loan borrowing capacity that fine after that mr sanjay pandit who sits in Credila Financial Services, Pvt. Ltd. Office No. D-0, 3rd Floor, Renuka Complex, Junglee Maharaj Road, Opposite McDonalds, Pune - 411 004, India..have told me that he will inform and after that he did'nt recive my call wasted my time as i was not able to apply for other banks and above all my admission is on verge of cancellation and will loose my one year..cz of credila and mr sanjay pandit who dont have apathy for customer..and when i called customer care [protected] my call was connected 5 times now csr was releasing and not picking my call once i said i want to make complain

Hi i was willing to pursue MS in USA for fall 2014 and i was falling short around 14 lac rupees. So i have decided to go ahead to take education loan from credila as government banks like SBI takes lots of time to process and sanction the loan. Despite of cognizant to bill monthly interest to credila pockets, i aimed to secure education loan with credila. so i submitted my form online and within two days i got the appointment. the person came to my house and explained the policy. i explained my condition that i am not in a position to submit any collateral my brother is working so i could assign him as co-borrower for my loan. he said with confidence .. Of course you can that would be no problem at all. My brother monthly income was over 50000 rupees so i was in confident that there would be no hurdle at all and i have given my all the documents. He said that within four days or maximum 10 days you will get the loan. Now here is what happened unexpected and rubbish completely. i was receiving daily calls from banks that your x y z document is missing please submit. i got pressurized numerous times as it is unwanted and time consuming tricks playing by the credila. They wasted my 10 days with this freak show. Now in next week they start excusing that your brother savings is not meeting their desired ratio and they start crying like they want another cup of cake. i was in the tension every second even in the night also because the marketing guy who taken my documents was assuring me that he will convince his team and sanction the loan but next day he informed that my loan got declined and he can not do anything. i asked what is the reason then he said your brother saving is poor and your hometown is out of their range ( crying and excusing for decline) this message is came after 26 days initially it was 4 to 10 day as he told me .. i got disappointed and frustrated as i reached to my deadline where i got delayed to submit my resign to my office and go to usa on time. Hence i asked him is there any option for me he said yes you need to arrange collateral for your loan otherwise it is not possible. That fellow was from the marketing team and he took my credential earlier so that ;later at the rush time he intentionally can put that tough condition so in any how i have to submit collateral to that foolish person. That was his trick which vanished my dream to study this year in USA. i request to take action against then and warn that don't play any tricks to make money and don't lie.
