please resolb my problem that is Mr.Ashish Shah (Mob.No.[protected]) which is ICICI bank credit card agent he call me and Sir our bank have a great deal for corporate employee about credit card and our bank have no anual or anual or any other hidden charges so please accept my request I said I have already a ICICI credit card he said then what i our bank provide you coral card in same feature means witout any fee or hidden charges the I said ok. during verification i repeat same word for fee and charges they confirm dont worry sir trust our bank then again i make mistake that i said ok.
But after few day my freind which have same card from same person Mr.Ashish Shah (Mob.No.[protected]) charge by Rs.1000/-- + service tax then I make Request Number:SR[protected] (ICICI bank) for cancellation my credit card but in reply bank said that you pay your out standing amount then I refund your paid amount detail is mentioned below (copy of mail our reply is also attached below) but I say to you that why I pay this amount while i am recieved the dispatched credit card.ref:Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : 027 - [protected]

credit card ICICI bank — late fee payment

my card no is [protected]. I have had this card since 2004. my last dues were 500 odd rupees, somehow i could not make this payment as i was out of station. my present statement shows a late fee of 400/- plus some taxes taking it to aound 500/- thus for a valued customer like who has never faulted in payments i am now to pay 100% late fees which is not acceptable.please close my account immediately i am surrendering the card also advice were do i drop the mutilated card and my final bill. Incidently i have never till date got a statement from your office. Last year i had a similar issue which was finally resolved by Sheetal[protected]

ICICI Bank — Charges on services

ICICI bank is charging for Cheque book, ATM with drawl, Deposit of money on other branches, Min. quarterly avaerage balnce which is calculated based on available fund divided by 90. ( days) Don't the RBI and consumer Forum think that these are the rules of Pre independence era - like money lender SAHUKAR. Pl let me know what can forum do in this regard to protect common man interest.

ICICI Credit Card — charging of late fees

i had paid credit card payment of rs.1500/- vide ch.no.996618 dated 27.04.09 agst credit card no.[protected] for april, 2009 bill due date is 28.04.2009. cheque was deposited in drop box facility availble at icici bank ltd, kol dongri, andheri (east) branch. i had received may, 2009 bill including late fees of rs.400/- + applicable s.tax. i spoke mr.arvind kumar-call centre of icici bank ltd. he told me that payment due date means cheque will be cleared on or before due date. same thing happen to my personal loan a/c.no.[protected] in that they will charged me rs.600/- late fees+applicable s.tax.
kindly guide me regarding abovemention fact that charging of late fees by icici bank ltd is correct or not.

ICICI Bank — REGARDING CREDIT CARDS

Sir, I was having a ICICI bank credit card, which I cancelled due to poor and apathetic behaviour to my concerns. But all of sudden, the bank has sent me a duplicate card saying it has been reactivated without my request or permission.
I have been since then trying to contact telephone numbers given, but all are voice recorded with no option for communication. the Emails are not accepting.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Credit card

Sir,
I had a ICICI Credit card. I used pay it correctly on time. However i find some unnecessary charges and had complained to the call centre regarding this. many times the representive from the bank called and came to my house and misbehaved my family members. i also agrred to got for settlement about six months back. In the meantime the bank has forcebly debit my account with Rs 20000 when i was ready to go for a settlement.

There after so many calls and threaten sent to me on my Cell No.

Now a legal notice from the bank

Here i want to know that why i will pay the said amount when i donot use that amount?

in the meantime i got relocated to Bangalore and when i went to change the address they never accepted. Now they send me the notice in my old address

ICICI Bank — Unaccounted charges against Credit Card

Sir/Madam
I would like to bring to your kind notice that a Credit Card was issued by your bank with life time free of charges with Credit card no [protected] in the name Davinder Singh but to my surprise i received a credit card statement showing a total amount due of Rs 1595.21 whereas i have never used this card
So you are requested to look into the matter and redeem the unnecessary charges which have been credited to my card
Otherwise i will have to take suitable action against your bank

ICICI Credit cards — No response after recieving payments

Dear All,

I had a worst experience from ICICI bank credit cards for payments. This was when I apllied for closure cum settlement of my card. The executive by name Ms. Priya was coordinating with me for this process from ICICI bank JB nagar branch, Andheri(e). I made the requisite payment in cash to collection boy and Ms. Priya gave a commitment that I'll recieve my full and final settlement letter within 7 working day, but on the 8th day this girl was not responding to my calls and 1 day some other colleague of her picks up the call saying that there no one by name Priya her and when I threatened him of consumer court then he told me that he revert to me by end of the day. But he never responded and on next this contact no. was purposely made unavailable. Now after making the due payments also I'm getting outstanding statements. These bloody [censored]s come behind you make payments and after receiving the payment they just disappear. I would suggest you all neverever opt for ICICI bank credit cards

ICICI Bank — My Request not considered

Hi,
I requested for a Limit enhancement on my credit card and they are requested for the my latest payslip and I provided the same but for some reason it dragged on for 2months and I got fed up with it and left it just like that, this happened before 4 months...

Now I need limit enhancement very urgently so this time around I sent the other card statement after which they mailed me back saying that it is not enough so send the front side copy of it so sent that as well after which they came back and said that the statement is old and requested for a new one so sent the same again on their request now they came back and said that the docs are not clear so sent another copy of it now at this time they wanted another copy of my old statement so sent that again (which they already have) now there was no response at all so I sent them a mail for a call back twice as it did not work the first time and every time I'll get a call from a hyderabad number when I pick the call it will get disconnect itself but for 2 seconds I can hear the ICICI banks tune after which it disconnects this happened twice. And when I called up the customer care to check what happened they are saying that they tried calling my number where it was not reachable and the other time I disconnected the call...as per their records...

Finally I just sent a mail asking "What's the status of my Limit Enhancement Request" with my details and of course the full mail trail so that they can understand the situation and react accordingly but I got a mail saying that They have stopped Limit Enhancement facility for the moment...

So I sent a mail back abusing those bunch of ... Leaving me no option than to drop it...AGAIN.

I am new

ICICI Bank — CHARGES FOR NOT USING SERVICE

I have an 0 balance DEMAT account with ICICI BANK from the last 19 months. But when 2 days ago i checked my statement online i was shocked to see the deduction of rs. 960/-. So the next day i went to KALYAN branch from where my account had been opened. There i got to know that they has been charging the minimum account to everyone who had not used the DEMAT services.

It was acceptable that they were charging the amount to the customer who are not using the services but they should had been informed earlier before deduction they had not even send a formal notice to me. They accepted there mistake that we had not informed to our customer, But they cant do anything now.

I had opened my DEMAT account only bcoz i wanted a 0 balance account in ICICI as i m not been able to maintain the minimum balance which they charge.

And now my account shows a negative balance, Plz tell me what should i do now. If they had informed that earlier that from next month or so they will charge for not using DEMAT services then i should had been closed my account at the earliest. Now if they want they can close my account but i will not pay the remaining negative balance and want my remaining amount back.

Plz help me out of these WHITE CALLER cheaters

I have losed several verbal complaints against my credit card no [protected] ( Big Bazar icici bank visa credit crad ) on telephone in the month of nov 2008, dec 2008.and march 2009.

So, now i want to cancel my card immidiately otherwise i will go to cunsumer court.
