i have both cards o[censored] r bank.this has ref to u r statement of 25th April in which total outstanding amount is 5817.00 pls kindly note that i have made payment of rs. 5815=oo by cheque no 169062 of vidya sahakari bank pune branch. & same amount debited from my bank a/c on 21st may 2013.
but sorry to say that in u r statement dated 26th may amount not credited to my account.in spite of 5815 how can be 2833.54 credited pls explain.
02) due to this u r charging us let payment interest chares etc as per balance due which is wrong.
03) we have sent our bank statement by fax to u as discuss with your representitve
card no- [protected]
