Dear cibil

I have avail a home loan of amounted 26lacs from indiabulls at the time of disbursing i applied for pmay subsidy as it is my first pucca house and i was eligible for the same to avail subsidy. But indiabulls said that i am not eligible for it because in cibil it shows that i have avail home loans earlier also but i want to inform cibil that i have never avail any home loan, yes i do apply home loan many times but i did not get any homeloan disbursed.
I wana share that once i applied earnest money loan from sbi for lottery plots of gamada (Greater mohali area development authority) and in that my name did not appear in lottery and loan get dismiss and at that time also no home loan get disbursed and noc from sbi is also attached in attachment you can go through it. I request you kindly remove all home loan entries from my cibil data except indiabulls home loan of 26lac. I will very thankful to you because this a very big huddle for me to availing subsidy of rs.2.5 lac approx and its very huge amount for me, hope you understand my situation and resolve n revert me on it asap.

We have taken loan of rs 50, 000 from oriental bank of commerce, borivali west, mumbai 400-092. Loan a/c no. [protected] on[protected]. We have fully paid all the due amount on[protected]. We don't have any outstanding due amount currently. But in cibil report this amount is not clear, so kindly look into this and please clear outstanding amount from my cibil report.

Ther was. A fraud done on my tata credit card of 32000
I gave. A complaint to tata people on phone but they didn’t consider it as earlier i have cleared all my bills on time but this time it was a fraud without my knowledge online transactions have happened that also without i providing any details. I reported a complain on call with tata but they r saying i have provided my otp to someone but when transactions happened i was sleeping at home and didn’t attend anya call till 1pm. Kindly please consider my complaint and help how to go about it

I buy a washing machines from capital first limited. On 26.01.2018 i got the noc from the same company but till date my cibil report not updated. Copy of the same attached herewith for ready reference. Do necessary step to update my cibil score as soon as possible otherwise feel free to contact me on mob no. [protected]. I am check my cibil report and i found out a big mistake in my cibil report. A another (Extra) pan number (Abzpp5625j) mention in my cibil report (Abzpp5625j) but doesn’t belong to me. How is possible one parson carry...

I have been following up with cibil for a correction of my credit score that shows 'no history' even though i have 3 active accounts and 8 total with 13 years of credit history, and have confirmed with my banks reporting them on time. Despite relentless followup with cibil last 3 months, their standard response is - working, will get back shortly. Meanwhile, validated my score with experian (From paisabazaar) and it does show all correctly. Clearly, this is highly reckless job by cibil not bothering how much pain it causes when one seeks credit from banks/fis. Sounds like they can be absolved without any accountability. The website has nicely documented escalation process that i have used but to no avail, get always a standard response.

Any suggestion/help where to raise these issues? Rbi contact or somewhere else?

My Self Mangesh Bhatji Sonawale, I have taken Fullerton india ltd Personal loan 30th August 2011, loan amount 52000/- tenure 48 month but I have one problem with me, I am unable pay the next 60 month emi, my cibil score very drop and loan was seeing* Written Off*

But after that I will closed the fully payment dated 12 December 2017
I want to update the record in my Cibil, Please remove the status Written off in my Record.

Myself, dilbar singh negi, from noida city, uttar pradesh, india. I want to know about my cibil score, it’s less than 750. Yesterday, i’m going to sbi for my car loan but the bank responds me that my cibil score is not good (It is 555). I used only sbi credit card and all payments made by me on or before due date and no other liabilities of payment on me.

I am trying to cancel my SIP from Paisabazaar.com for more than 5 months now. Everytime i call them they say it will be done within 4-5 days. Till now i have called them more than 5 times and i have also sent them many emails regarding this matter each of them is unanswered i have also opened 2 tickets in their wesbite around 90 days ago which is also unanwsered i have all the copies of email and also our telephonic conversation.

So many fake inquiry is done in my account by HDFC bank and I never applied for such loans. Today I have raised dispute no. CDS[protected]. Rate of Interest for Business loan was 18% but Internally calculated 20.5% and moreover they withdrawn the amount from my account without any authentication (Which is a crime U/S 406.Court Case is pending.

This is for your kind information, that i had paid in full and settled my credit card no hdfc bank credit card no[protected], vide settlement letter dated 21/jan/16, ref no s 1675541, but i am surprised to find that in my cibil report, your bank has updated the status as "suit filed (Wilful default" which is untrue and very wrong.
Therefore, i would request your concerned authorities to rectify the above mentioned error in my cibil immediately, else i will be compelled to take help of legal course through ombudsman.

I have take 2 different loan only in canara bank, nandanam branch, chennai, tamil nadu, india. pincode: 600018.

1. the first one loan is personal loan from 2017 March onwards loan amount Rs.1, 00, 000/-. balance due till date: 29.01.2018 Rs.(75000/- approximately)

2. and second one loan is Flood Loan 2015 onwards Loan Amount: 40, 000/- balance due till date (29.01.2018 Rs.15000/- approximately).

but now my cibil report is more than 3 loan in the above bank. i have take two above loan only taken. but more than two loan accounted in my cbill report. please rectify and refresh my loan details in your cbill records. for any clarification please contact my mobile: [protected]

I have never applied for any loan in any branch of any bank. I wonder how this loan is wrongly showing in my name.
So I request you sir to take necessary steps to remove this loan from my name as this is mentally disturbing for me. My Savings account is in Ghoghardiha Branch of Madhubani District of Bihar.

But in paisabazaar cibil credit report show additionally two loan accounts as below on gic housing finance ltd with my name with same property address. I have sent much more mail to gic housing finance ltd and paisabazaar cibil report for past 3months. But till january 2018 report also show the same wrong report. Kindly i request to you reverse the same immediately.

With reference to the above subject my name is ramgopal meena i am residing at vidisha in mp. I have applied for housing loan but due to low cibil score my loan application has rejected. When i inquired i found one loan details showing in my cibil which i didn't take. The name of the person whose loan is mansaram meena from gram nipania, nateran mp and his loan is in hdfc bank, ganjbasoda branch mp amount of rs 450000. A/c number for the same is[protected]. Kindly delete this loan detail from my cibil report so that my cibil score can improve.

Recently i have closed one of my loans account on[protected] amount of rs 225000 which i had taken from sbi a/c number for the same is kcc - [protected], atl-[protected], atl-[protected]. Kindly delete this from my cibil report so that my cibil score my improve.
I have once applied for personnel loan in a private bank in june-2017 one agent of that organization took hardcopy of my id and address proof to enqire my cibil score but that agent inqiure multiple times my cibil report for credit card and for different loans without my information. These inquiries somehow affected my cibil score if it is possible to delete these inquiries especially from june to august-2017 kindly delete them. It will be very helpful for me. P lease resolve my issue.

I Mrs Archana kamble had settle all da dues of loan which I had taken from bajaj finance ltd for buying television 2 years back, nd I have applied for loan for which my cibil is showing low score, as one of the EMI got bounced, and same has been paid within 30 DPD AND as on today all the dues are cleared Nd still my cibil is showing low score . kindly look into the matter as soon as possible as I want to apply for fresh loan.
