Dear team, i gajendra r. Nimje holds a credit card offered by sbi few years back. Later i requested for closure of same and till that time there were no dues against me.
However the card is not closed by bank. Also meanwhile i have been charged for annual charges on which penalty were lieved which accumulated for a sum of around 5000. Lately this comes to notice when i check my cibil. The same is taken with sbi card for rectification.
Now the bank has confirmed that they have zeroised the outstanding and rectification in cibil.
So request you kindly confirm the same is been done at your end.

      I had first contacted cibil was on 6th june, since then i have just been struggling to get my cibil updated. There is some overdue amount showing up which i really should be 0, this wrong information fed by cibil is not letting me take any loans. I had escalated this issue at cibil (On-line grievance id gr[protected] but no response, i only got an auto generated email.

      I had raised a dispute (Dispute id is cds[protected]) also, but that also they closed without resolving.

      Kindly help me in getting my cibil updated asap.

      I had done the 2nd level escalation also at CIBIL, for which they replied saying Credit Institution is saying that the amount is overdue and the information showing up in report is correct but how can i convince the CIBIL that whatever information is being given by bank is not correct . I have all the proofs also with me.
      Dear Team, I had paid my emi through Cheques on every month but the company has not updated my credit details to yours.. I am already got my noc from that company.

        Dear sir,
        My name is ravindra gopal eligeti and my pan no. Is aampe9580b. I had took loan from axis bank and due to some medical problem some of my emi cheques had got bounced but after some days i have settled the amount with the bank and finance has provided me the settlement letter as well as noc also.

        Now as i have submitted my docs for home loan i got the information that still my name is defaulter list. Please treat the matter on top priority and remove my name from the defaulter list.

          My name is deepak khandagale my pan number is akppk6543h. I came to know cibil is only collecting the reports from banks as submitted. It is not cross checking. After any settled loan or credit card banks are reluctant to close the same and make it zero. They are always showing status active in their reports. Which causes wrong entries in cibil score. Many people like me having capable of paying loan and good job profile because of the wrong entries posted by the bank are suffering. My request to the bank and cibil close the account immediately after foreclosure or settlement don't extract extra money for closure.

              Dear team,
              My parents had applied for loan in 2004 in home loan segment in the bame of mahesh soni and rama devi soni
              Where we had a loan account number [protected] in sbbj bank. Their name is coming in defauler list of sbbj bank where when we confirmed they told they didnt raised any request to make this loan account in defaulter list. All principal and interest was fully paid by us on 30 march 2017. No pendency or settlement was done by us but still their cibil status is showing defaulter. Noc from bank was given of full amount received where no settlement word was used. Kindly check and revert on priority basis. Pls do needful support and remove defaulter word from cibil.

                my cibil report says severe delinquency

                Hi i applied to citi bank credit card and they rejected it on 23 aug 2017 saying less credit score. I recieved my report which says in the scoringfactor
                1. Too few satisfactory accounts
                2. No presence of a revolving tradeline
                3. Presence of severe delinquency in past 6 months.
                The score is showing 676. Recently when i had checked 2 weeks back in credit mantri it was showing 718.
                I have never missed a payment...

                Cibil... Who has given it the authority to decide credit score on basis of bank reports only i don't know. When my loan is settled bank should make the account as zero but they don't do this and put write off mark in cibil. The purpose is to extract more money from me and clear my cibil entry. Same case is with credit card also. Cibil is not cross checking bank and helping customers like me. It is working for banks only. I don't know maybe getting commission from bank for that. I still recommend to abolish the cibil and save customers from harassment and injustice.

                    It is partially working for banks not for customers. Always spoil the credit score of customers. If any loan is closed by settlement the bank doesn't foreclosure making process reluctantly do it cibil access the bank reports only and not doing the fact finding. Credit card settlement is the same like loans. Customers credit score is spoiled by banks putting wrong entries like write off. The banks always want to extract extra money from customers putting poor credit score and not closing settlement in cibil.

                      Dear team,
                      This is regarding sbi credit card.
                      I had a sbi credit card ending with 6309 which i was take in dec-16 and also a personal accidental policy given me of rs 483 annual by royal sundram. The fee for cc was rs 500 + service tax.

                      Issue was that my personal detail was wrong like name, address so i given a request to customer care to change it on 30th dec (Sr[protected] and also said that i will not provide any further document because i have already given the same at the time of credit card application to your executive. I said that if you can’t change my name and address please cancel the credit card. After this sbi customer care representative took mu request and give me sr number which is[protected]. Yet i have not activate the credit card as pin number not generated by me. Sbi customer care representative promised me that the late fee will not be included in your next statement. I said that i will pay the amount of rs 1057 (499+st+483) of first statement after the me request resolution.

                      But further my statement with my old detail and including late fee and service tax. And credit card also no cancelled till date. I have also given further request as below sr…

                      11th mar16 β€” sr[protected] cancellation for pa and credit card which resolved on resolved on 31st mar-17 as per i got sms (Sender id sbicrd)
                      11th mar16 β€” sr[protected] reversal of rs 500 of card fee and cancellation the card
                      25th mar16 β€”[protected] cancellation for pa which resolved on resolved on 31st mar-17

                      But still i am getting the statement of rs 4090, please tell me why pay this amount while i have not used a single rs of your credit card and i not generate pit also.

                      Because of sbis mistake i am not able to take persona loan as my cibil is so poor just because of sbis team.

                      I request you please cancel the all amount and give me noc.

                        I have taken a agricultural loan from syndicate bank and as did not repay the loan amount so i have been listed in cibil, now i have cleared all the due amount and closed the loan account as well in jan 2016. However my cibil is less and loans being rejecting.

As per cibil report( consumer id no.Dno 1120885) i am a gaurnter of any unknown person since year 2001. But i know i never given any gaurntee of any person for any loan. I ask to my bank for the name or bank name for which cibil report is showing loan and gaurantee, but my bank also unknown about it. Than how can this entry is showing in my account.                               On 11/08/2017 i received an sms that 2.00 eur was spent on my credit card 5546xxxxxxxx3465 at inter magazines 75 at 12.33am,

                              Then on 11/08/2017 received 2nd sms that 757.20 eur was spent on my credit card 5546xxxxxxxx3465 at abritel? - homeaway? At 01.21am,

                              Then on 11/08/2017 received 3rd sms that 380.00 eur was spent on my credit card 5546xxxxxxxx3465 at abritel? - homeaway? At 01.21am,

                              . But i had not authorized any such transaction.

                              I had not authorized any such transaction nor did i receive any smm or email to authorize such transaction. I have reported this issue to the citi customer care department and have blocked the card. (Complaint no. 8694, at 8.25am - 11-08/2017)

                              Can you please investigate and look into this and hold the payment for the above said transaction.

                                My credit card rejected by citi bank because of wrong records in cibil report ---(Presence of a high number of enquiries
                                Presence of a tradeline 91+ days delinquent 13 or more months
                                ago).

                                CitiBank also shared CIBIL report pdf to me in that wrong information is given.

                                Even My cibil score is 775 then also my application rejected.
                                Each and evry

                                But no such thing is there i have paid all emi on time with clean record.

                                      I had applied for the citi bank credit card. My application has been rejected vide on the grounds of negative credit history based on a credit information report from credit information bureau (India) limited ('cibil'). A copy of the credit information report with control number[protected], reference number 0000000000020170622937977.
                                      As per their report my score is 676 but i am checking my cibil score to log in my cibil my score shows 739.
                                      Report stated that "too few satisfactory bankcard accounts
                                      No presence of a revolving tradeline
                                      Presence of severe delinquency in the past 6 months". I am wondering how my cibil report shows such negative comments when i have been paying my dues before due date and there is no single time late payment, no payment defaults or overdue or any negative activities. I would like to request cibil institute to look in to the matter and do clear those negative comments asap and also to be rectified for further reports. Kindly do the needful.
