I had applied for the citi bank credit card. My application has been rejected vide on the grounds of negative credit history based on a credit information report from credit information bureau (India) limited ('cibil'). A copy of the credit information report with control number[protected], reference number 0000000000020170622937977.
As per their report my score is 676 but i am checking my cibil score to log in my cibil my score shows 739.
Report stated that "too few satisfactory bankcard accounts
No presence of a revolving tradeline
Presence of severe delinquency in the past 6 months". I am wondering how my cibil report shows such negative comments when i have been paying my dues before due date and there is no single time late payment, no payment defaults or overdue or any negative activities. I would like to request cibil institute to look in to the matter and do clear those negative comments asap and also to be rectified for further reports. Kindly do the needful.

I mrs arati mallik would like inform you that i had availed a personal loan bearing account no. [protected] from sbi secretariat branch, bhubaneswar.
(Branch mail id: sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in). Earlier the loan was irregular but i have paid the loan with entire interest on 06.03.2017 and no - due certificate obtained in this regard is enclosed for your perusal.
Despite full payment made by me, the credit information report is is showing a negative remark i. E amount in aucca.
Please help me and arrange for amending the status in cibli and oblige me.

They collect credit card number from all lenders and it is visible on report.

Report once pulled can be viewed by cibil by way of tools. They are not pcidss complaint and they maintain credit card numbers.

Report pulled which can be accessed by many, has credt card number. There is no guanrantee that the number is secure and will not be misused.

They have kept the match logic very loose because of which reports of two or more people get mixed. This is to sell more and more reports.

They do not have past data submitted by lenders and when dispute is raised they solve the case themselves without any data.

Their senior employee has said that management takes bribe for solving dispute on reports.

Commercial report pertaining to companies is completely split into many parts. They call company to check which loan belongs to them which defeats the purpose of the report.

There is recruitment done by un ethical practices. They modify employee records in terms of education and experience.

They have speak up policy and when employee raises concern they make their life miserable. They spy into their personal lifes. They give bad feedback when someone askes for feedback.

Finally they sack employees for no reason and ensure that they don't get jobs by lying about their conduct.

And also say that in my axis bank credit card dispute there is some miscommunication gap, but no i have cleared the all payments you can check from bank.

In my consumer loan dispute which is from home credit, i was paid all amount in 2014 to company collection executive and got the payment receipt with all due clear, if you say i will send you scan copy also, when i see in my cibil in 2015 that till yet my home credit account not cleared then i went to there office but there is closed and till date i am unable to find the company peoples.

Also in cibil report there is 2 same loan showing in multiple times, which are cleared and pay all emi's on time, so please remove from report

Aside that i have anothers loan which are going regularly without any bousning, so i request to you kindly help me for improving my score, due to this i am facing lots of problems.

Sir, i have taken some loan from state bank of india adb nalagarh bank code no sbin0050206 and i have applied for another loan but on viewing my cibil score one entry please ref. To control no 1, 64, 95, 44, 533, does not belong to me rs 7.50 lakh opened on 31.08.2015 type commercial vehicle. Please remove this from loan account - rajinder singh cell no [protected]. Resulted my cibil score become down.

It is requested to that my cibil score is 599 as on 02/07/2017. When i was applied for pl one of the co-op society, i came to know that the i was due of some of rs. When the cibil report was generated. I that report the bank name was not disclosed, because of this i am unable to find out which bank. (As of now i don't have any pl on any bank, though i was maintaining only one sb a/c in sbi).
It is requested to plz let me know the name of the bank so that i can persue the matter for the settlement.

Today i had received a call from [protected] no asking for pin to get my atm card unblocked! He introduced himself as bank manager and asked if i want my atm card unblocked as it was blocked by bank six months ago! I clearly understood his fraud and said that i want my card to remain blocked like this to which he reacted in an ugly way and hurled abuses!
Beware of such men as fraud cases are in the rise and admininstrative action needs to be taken against such filthy persons. I am posting my complaint with this hope to make more people aware of this.

It was a fd which is given fr pg. Course of 3 yrs and i very well took it back after duly completing my course of 3 yrs. But my cibil shows it as a non funded credit by error.. I have obtained a noc fr tht from my sbbj kota as well which is attached with the mail

I m. Receiving continuous mails frm. Cibil tht reminders sent to credit institution to rectify the mistake but the bank manager sbbj kota has denied that he is not receiving any mails from. Cibil.
Being a female i have faced enough of mental harassment frm bank and cibil.

Four months ago, i took the cibil report using my pan number for car loan purpose & the cibil report revealed that there were many loans and worng personal information. After i read the report completely, i came to know that pan has been allocated to two persons (Myself & other person living in odisha)..

Again i tried to generate the cibil report using my pan card & voter-id but data is same. I am 100% sure that cibil report system takes report only using pan number
I have approached various banks to get home loan & because of the above issue, they have rejected my application.

That i have applied for my loan which was rejected by the bank and a report was issued to me dated 30.06.2017 in which cibil my score was wrongly given. I dont have any bank account till date and the loan was wrongly updated in my name. Solution to my grievance is that my cibil score should be cleared so that my loan can be approved in future and the cibil dispute resolution doesn't work i tried to raise a complaint which was not accepted.

Hello team,

I am fighting with cibil since dec 2016 regarding one of dispute # cds[protected]. There is loan account # hr3047tw0022159 mapped in cibil report and this does not belongs to me. Financer name tvs credit pvt. Ltd.
There are so many reminders sent by tvs to cibil just to remove this loan account number from my cibil report but there is no response from cibil at all..

They are not even ready...

Hi guys.
Need your help to file a case against cibil and standard chartered bank.

Is it an approved scam run by cibil and financial institutions by showing cibil report and denying the loans. Same banks and agents make sure and get you the loans, if you are paying high interest rate?
My cibil rating is showing 654 due to one scb bank error entry.
After getting the mail from scb also, cibil wont change the details.

Now 2 months over after raising this point and the error is a 12 yrs old case.
