My name is sweety sumit ohal, my pan number is abfpo8679r. I want to know my cibil score so i made a payment of rs-550rs by credit card, amount is deducted from my credit card after that it shows authentication failed error is showing so i upload my kyc doc with images its get uploaded successfully.

But still not any response from this company.

So i will get refund or amount is wasted, no used..

    All Loans Closed but still showing I am having the loans active

    I took a business loan, a car loan in 2011-12.
    I repaid all the amount to the bank but the cibil is showing that I am having all the loans active. The Bank was Bank Of India. I want Cibil to clear my score as I have closed both the loans 1-2 years back. I am not getting loans anywhere due to these problems. Why I cleared the loans if it shows active in Cibil after Closing all the loans ? This is very bad and Cibil gives Poor Service...

    my name is jitinder singh & i'm reisdent of ludhiana (punjab). From last 4 months i'm facing a lot of problem because of cibil. In my cibil they are showing some loan accounts that doesn't belongs to me. On filing complaint to cibilthey told me that this mistake will be rectify within a month but 2 months has gone & my cibil report is showing the same. Even i had written conversation with the concerned banks & they told me 2 weeks before that they had send the report to cibil in which they clearly state that those loans doesn't belong to me. If you want then i can forward you the same mails i've received from those banks. In simple words cibil is of no use & only make to harass the indian citizens. My cibil service request no. Is 5404953. Please do something as i, m in lot of trouble.

      To whoever it concerns,

      I am writing to concerned higher authority regarding the inconvenience caused by cibil to me over last two months. Two months ago I faced a dispute in my CIBIL report.

      I first sent my online dispute form regarding my dispute on 3-May-2017. I received a mail stating "We shall take up the matter with the relevant Credit Institution and notify you of our findings." on may 4. Its service request number was 41606919.

      I had applied for a free report which I received on 9th May 2017. That day I again emailed and got a reply asking for certain details on 10th may. I replied with everything I was asked for. Its service request number was 5255420.

      After that, I waited patiently. Meanwhile I had sent an email to know the status of the dispute resolution but I got no satisfactory reply, instead, I was told to wait till 30 days.

      I called to your representatives in the first week of June. I was told that I provided insufficient information so my request wasn't processed. All this time when I was waiting for the dispute to be resolved, none of your members stated me that the information I provided was insufficient. Instead, I was kept on being emailed to wait for 30 days.

      On June 5th, 2017, I sent another email to raise a dispute and it was a detailed one. To its reply, I received an email on 16 June 2017 stating that my dispute has been resolved and I will receive updated report via email shortly. SR number 5257758.

      It has been 19 days since. I have made ten calls to your team. First I was told to wait for 7 business days. When I didn't receive I called again and was told to wait for another 2 days. From that day all your representatives tell me to wait two days. I have been calling since.

      Two of your representative also filed a higher priority request which was not processed. It's SR number is 5319531.

      Today a new request has been filed under SR number 5418916.

      I want my report asap. All your representatives do is apologize. But those apologies don't cut because my problems are increasing day after day. First, your people wasted my whole month for the dispute. Now another month is being wasted for a report!

      I am on a deadline for my daughter's education loan. I am enduring stress and difficulties for a blunder that I didn't make and CIBIL is not helping me in this situation either!

      It's my humble request to please get me out of my situation and give me the satisfying trustworthy answer to my problem instead of giving me false promises of two business days.

        Sir i am working in indian coast guard.Due to domestic requirement i was applied for personal loan in ICICI Bank. But the loan rejected due low cibil score. i was also taken personal loan from SBI bank.There is no dues in SBI personal loan. I also have ICICI credit card. But there is also no dues till now. Therefore it is requested that reconsider and solve my above problem

        Sir my self man on Kumar I m a central government employee.recently I applied for loan in sbi and submitted all document.then they told I had bad CIBIL report.then I called CIBIL customer care of Mumbai he told that HDFC credit card was issued me on 2008 and around 7000/- due on it.reality is that I never applied for it.pls consider my complaint.

          My cibil scores says NH which means NO ACTIVITY. I have had active loans and credit cards which are being repaid regularly. All the credit institutions have confirmed that they have shared my details with the CIBIL. My passport had expired a year back and I got a new one so I had updated the passport number and the DOB was incorrect in their records to I corrected that also along with submission of all documents scan. Now their software is considering me to be two different people which is creating problems. I have written to them numerous times and have spoken to numerous people on phone. They just disconnect my calls and do not solve the issue. I am trying to get a home loan and have problems because of this cibil issue. I will be grateful if someone can pls help me.

                Have raised the following disputes to cibil
                1) cds[protected], cds[protected] (Control no.[protected])- have raised the dispute for update my correct email, contact detail and my name against my pan no.. Cibil has not resolved the same yet. Customer care said they can't update details without credit institution confirmation and at the same time said that myself have to reach the credit institution for correction of these details. Please note that these details are not mine and of any third party and i am not aware to which credit institution i have to refer this case. Not even cibil is sending any intimation email to the respective credit institution for checking the correctness of the details updated against my cibil report. This is creating unnecessary problem for me as due to incorrect reporting in my cibil report my loans are getting stuck and my life is getting pathetic. Also i tried to escalate this within cibil but there is not contact person for this. Have tried cibil website for escalating the case but it is asking for service request number but when i tried to generate serivce number online by raising complaint then website is not working. Cibil website is not very user friendly and customer care do not have resolution for any problem.
                2) cds[protected] (Control no - [protected])- this dispute was raised to update my correct adhaar and removal of third party sbi loan account.
                Please note that sbi loan account was removed but adhaar was not updated. Even after removal of sbi account from my report cibil is keep sending the intimation to sbi for removal of account and there is no intimation was sending for adhaar updation which is still reflecting in my report. I don't know if cibil is blindly working without looking into the exact dispute.
                Every loan i am applying for is keep on getting rejecting because of cibil unwillingness and udpate correct detail against my report. I am actually very much frustrated because i don't know to whom i have to contact for correction of my cibil report details.

                  Firstly i doubt cibil is government body. According to cibil my score is not good. But the fact is that i have never done anything unjustified to the banks. I paid all my loans back properly to the banks like sbi, pnb etc. Icici bank is the most fraudulent and they issued me a credit card without asking then they levied so many charges like late fees penalty etc. They started paying my telephone bills without my permission. All this mess and then they tried threatening me. Same with a car loan. I can't write all details here. But they really harassed me. I think cibil is also a partner in their unethical deeds. Why my credit score is not increased when i paid all my loans properly and in time to government bank? And the most surprising part is why government banks also dependent on cibil! Government of india must take some action against cibil.

                  As per the statement in my Bajaj consumer loan account is closed on[protected]CD[protected], But my latest CIBIL reports shows still it's open status, so plz check and close all closed loan accounts in your side some technical problem...i need to apply new loan i will affect my CIBIL score...kindly do ASAP.

                    I have raised complain by id dispute id is cds[protected] on 26.04.2017 regarding wrongly mentioned loan a/c in my cibil report, till date i have not received confirmation for correction in lender report only just receiving mail to reminder send to lender.

                    Cibil says to solve issue with in 30 days but it has gone more that 60 days and problem is same.

                      Hi,
                      My name is Agumamidi Santhosh Reddy. I have received the cibil report from the citi bank and found my cibil score as 694 because of which my credit card request has been rejected as it is too low. I found scoring factors stating "Too few satisfactory bankcard accounts, No presence of revolving trade line, Presence of severe delinquency in the past 6 months", and 7 inquiries in total don't no who inquired it all about. Apart from this i did not find any other disputes stating in it. Why my cibil score is too low ? I have ICICI and SBI credit cards with which i have maintained a good relationship from past 2.5 years. Paid all the bills & EMI's in time.But dunno why my score is still low ? Please correct my score and do not provide my score details to any one without my approval. Also please provide the additional details about my cibil score being low. I can send my cibil reports to you if you can provide your contact details .

                        Hi team,

                        I observed that transunion cibil report is not updated credit card information since oct 2017 for my card no ending 0407. I replaced 0407 card due to expiry with 1607 in 2015. But still your database is not updated outstanding amount. It is showing old outstanding amount since oct 2015. Because, of this my cibil score went down.

                        If i go check experian cibil report my score is 732 but in transunion cibil report is 516. So many information is not updated in transunion cibil report compare to experian cibil report.

                        The information is shared transunion and experian from the same team from all credit institutions. Even after transunion cibil report contains huge errors.

                        I believe transunion cibil need to correct or improve their process. Already, people know their issues across world not only in india.

                        If this becomes commercial then transunion guys won't survive for long time with real facts and figures from the consumers. There will ending for your business soon in india and every where.

                          The cibil does not reflect any credit transaction i did before 6 months and the score shows as na. I have a credit transaction by credit card, housing loan, vehicle loan and personal loan from the year 2008 till date which is not defaulted once. When my credit score was checked thru experian it showed me a score of 850 and the report gave the list of details. But cibil do not show anything and they are not bothered to correct even after raising written complaints.in fact my personal details entered in cibil is also wrong. Paid rs 1250 on june 14 2017 to get the report from cibil and did not receive any report till date.
                          Sad to see that all my loans application was rejected from banks due to this inappropriate information from cibil

                          I am wondering why do even bank rely on such irrelevant and irresponsible source of information to sanction loans.

                          I request cibil to take corrective action on my records in cibil and resolve the issue asap.

                            Sir/madam
                            I took one personal loan from bajaj finserv
                            And loan account number is 466pmt27989312.
                            I cancelled the loan and lender did not give noc.
                            They said that we don't provide noc for cancelled loan.
                            Now i checked my cibil and found the amount of 16374/- against the said loan account number.
                            Bajaj finserv has written me that they have suppressed my loan account and now this is not showing in your cibil report also.
                            Now problem is being faced by me that once i am applying for loan from state bank of india they are getting cancelled loan account number and amount of 16374/- in repayment history of credit track record in credit report.
                            Please update my credit report with third party like crif high mark and other credit report providers. Please tell the other credit report providers to varify and validate my credit report.

                            All credit report providers takes report from cibil please instrust them to update my credit report as per your record.

                                Five month ago my civil score was 769.
                                But current month my civil score is showing
                                694 and experian (Bank bazaar) is showing 833. So please check & update because
                                From last year no cheque bounce no late payment any emi timely pay always.
                                Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                Dear Sir,
                                Please check my credit history between one year I have no cheque bounce, no any late payment and I have never late any EMI.then how can possible my civil credit score is low
                                Experian credit review is showing score 833.
                                But your site is showing 694. When five months ago was showing 769.
                                Therefore I request you to kindly check as soon as possible

                                    I am lodging a complaint against cibil. As per norms, i was charged rs 550 for getting my cibil report, however the password which cibil has provided is unable to open the report.
                                    Despite multiple calls to their customer care, as well as writing to their helpline email, there is no response as well as there is no resolution from their end. Thus seeking support on same so that i am able to get a correct password report
