I have raised disputes from online cibil portal and i see there is no response or action taken from the banks. I have escalated and contacted the respetive nodal officers and i could still see there is change in the cibil reports.

    Hi,

    I took an auto loan of 340, 000 from hdfc bank on 10.12.2011 of 340, 000 for which some bouncing happened as my father was suffering from cancer (I told this on call to hdfc also). And on 30.09.2015 repaid all oustanding amount of rs. 52701 for which i have "payment receipt" and got "loan closure letter" also.

    But my cibil still shows status as "written off" with amount of rs.14754. As far as i know written off is for non traceable to people whereas i was always rechable on call.

    Request you to please update my cibil and remove the written off from auto loan as i have paid every penny with interest. Please find reference documents attached.

    No Resolution has been provided and my complaint remains the same. Neither Bank nor CIBIL is helping me out. Bank's executive say that this can be resolved by providing LOAN CLOSURE document to CIBIL, then my Written off status will be corrected. Please let me know what can be done for this.

      I prafulla kumar rout, pan no. Aoepr6833c, at:-dala, po:-jajpur road, dist:-jajpur, pin:-755019 have received a cibil score report from sbi, bearing memberid:-bs00015685. The data provided in cibil is incorrect as per my pan. Because only pan and my name is matching but other details like address, mobile no. Date of birth and fathers name and loan amounts are not matching. But interesting matter is that actual my loan number (Cash credit) account no.[protected] and c. V no.[protected] is not reflecting in the report. Neither the loan account number nor the bankers name mentioned in the cibil report. So i am unable to traceout from which bank the loans are belongs. Hence again i have applied for cibil score cibil registration id:-sco[protected] and transaction id is:[protected], dtd.08/05/2017 by paying an amount of rs.800/-. And the report is not received by me.
      So i request your kind attention to provide the accurate data to me so that i will be able to trace the loans.

        Cibil is simply cheating people in terms of credit score. They provide different reports to different people.

        When i logged in into cibil portal to generate my credit score it's clearly mentioned 833 but when sbi logged in to generate credit score on the same day using my pan they got a credit score of 739.

        How come this site can show two different credit score for the same people on the same day. What is the reliability of their score?

        They are simply cheating people and taking money from them in the name of credit score.

        As a proof i have attached both the copy of report (One which i have generated by paying to them & the second one from the bank). Please correcting action to stop this ongoing fraud.

        Also when govt of india promoting digital transaction how come they put the usage of credit card as risk when there is no overdue of any payment. Their entire process of evaluating risk of any people erroneous and it's turning out to be humiliation to people. This needs to be stopped/corrected immediately and strong action should be taken against them.

          My pan no in my report is incorrect. My pan no fyups0338l. That is not seen in my cibil. My uid no is also incorrect in my cibil report, my correct uid no is[protected]. Any other uid no is showing in my cibil report. My voter id no is also incorrect, my dob & address is also wrong.
          Please rectify my cibil information. Due to this problem i am unable to take financial supports from banking and financial institutions.

            I have seen the worst customer service from cibil. I have paid rs 1200 online for 4 reports per year on 4th feb 2017 but subscription is not showing in portal. When i called them they said they will generate and send it to email address while generating they have generated for one report (Rs 550) instead of rs 1200. They informed call us again after few months if you want to generate one more report.

            Whenever i call them they say their server is down, i am unable to generate new report. I called them on 28th april 2017, executive was telling me, i have paid only rs 550. I had to share the bank statement to prove them but still report is not generated. They dont keep track of customer call details in their records, i dont know how accurate is their data about consumers records. I am planning apply for loan but they are unable to give me the report, it is pathetic. They disconnect call if they cannt give info and say system problem. Govt should do something for these private people who simply harass people for no reason. Anyone know how do i proceed to fix this issue.

              Due to some emergency need I applied for the Loan in A Bank. Everything was confirmed & at the end of finalization, bank notified me as my CIBIL score is only 615 & there was running loan of seven & half lakhs information displayed in my account.

              Bank advised me to get a clear CIBIL information & high score to proceed further for the loan.

              Then I paid Rs 550.00 to get my CIBIL information & was shocked on seeing...

                i have applied for a housing loan to SBI RACPC, (Howrah, W.B) which is getting rejected due to CIBIL score low. i have found that two wrong accounts added in my CIBIL transunion. both wrong entries account belongs to SBI, ADB, 03049(kalna, barddhaman, W.B, ). in this bank i had a agriculture/ kcc loan, a/c[protected], opened on 01.01.2011, which has paid all the balance amounting Rs. 44000/-(fourty four thousand only) on 29.03.2017. according to me this amount is wrong. i have received a NOC (no objection certificate) on 29.03.2017 from this bank. but till now my cibil score is not updated due to two wrong loan accounts entries in my pan.

                  I applied for a Consumer Loan in Bajaj Finance and it got rejected due to less CIBIL Score. Till date, I have neither made any late payments for my credit cards Nor taken loans.                     I have only 1 PAN card but when i applied for loan i got rejected multiple times because they say my name has 2 PAN cards.which i never applied for.

                    I had a check bounce which i gave to one of my institutions where i learned a course and they did not inform me but dropped the check in bank. Later I cleared and took my check immediately from them.

                    But another PAN card on my name which i have no information. Bank person told that i have been rejected for credit cards for more than 20 times.

                          The cibil authorities have merged the data of santhosh kumar shaw in the credit report submitted by cibil authority with its member bank resulting in undue harassment to me. Even the basic data like my date of birth are wrong. My name is also wrong, in place of Shiv Kumar it is showing Santhosh Kumar Shaw. The bank authorities have rejected my loan application on this ground which has caused me financial loss and mental harassment to me. The loan accounts pertaining to Mr. Santhosh Kumar Shaw have been merged in my data related to my PAN. This is an apparent mistake and could have been avoided, had the authorities in CIBIL had been careful and cautious while entering data in my report. This is a common problem faced by people at large.

                              Hi I have applied for a loan which is getting rejected due to an auto loan is showing in my account to my bank. I took my credit report and there is no were this loan is reflecting, but ICICI shared me a screen shot of my account (which was taken from ICICI from CIBIL Portal only) where auto loan reflecting. The customer care is not at all helping only stating Server Down they can't help.

                                    Dear finserv executive,

                                    I have taken home appliance loan (2 lg ac"s) from bajaj and the total amount is around 70, 000 rs including all and i made some initial payment as well while buying these two ac"s from reliance, amanora mall.

                                    I have started paying every month and i am not sure on which date i have started but i have stopped paying from past two months due to the below reasons.

                                    1. Loan amount was showing for ac is 40, 000 rs and other ac showing as 50, 000 rs. Total is 90, 000 rs but y actual ac"s cost was just 67, 000 rs.

                                    2. I went to fathima nagar branch and they have advised me to go to main branch which is very far to the city however i went here as well.

                                    3.in between, i have been receiving so many calls from recovery team"s but they even dont know how to speak english which is the biggest problem hence they were unable to understand what i was trying to say. They will also say "aap ka payment pending hai. Kabh payment karega" and ifi start talking in english they will cut the call and again they will call and the same repeats. This is happening from past 3 months.

                                    4. Finally now i went main branch, funny thing is they also dont know how to speak in english but they are very seniors in terms of grade and dont understand what i was trying to explain. That guy, he was keeping on telling me that the system is showing 40 & 50 k.. I can"t do anything, you go and discuss with reliance. All were argued with me instead o[censored]nderstanding my issue even though i showed attached evidences what i have received from bajaj as a monthly statement.

                                    5. Again i went back to reliance and i have explained everything to them, then they said, you have already cleared nothing is"pending"so you no need to pay. They have extracted few statements and showed me.

                                    6. After this i have stopped paying but i have been getting calls from various recovery agent and i didn"t respond to them as well.

                                    7. Finally one recovering lady played a track with me and said, i am calling from bajaj... Whats your problem? Then i have explained everything to her as she said that she is from bajaj and she asked me to come to reliance. This lady"s name is gauri from renuka enterprises (Mobile:[protected])

                                    8. I went to reliance and she came along with her assistant. They have discussed with reliance and understood the the problem. She said that she will check with bajaj and get back to me. This was happend two months ago but there was no response after that. During this discussion, reliance people explained to her clearly everything.

                                    9. Now i am getting calls from other recovery agencies and my answer is simple that i have already paid. Please go and check.

                                    10. I believe this is impacting my cibil score as well hence i would request you to check and update your records with the closed status and inform cibil.

                                    11. My actual loan amount per month is half of the amount i have paid.

                                    12 attached statements for your reference.

                                    I want to escalate this to senior management on what process and systems do you have in place?. If something is wrong and i have been complaining then you have to correct it in the system and get back to the customer? Dont you have responsibility to get back to you customers on the issues what they are raising?
                                    How would you inform your recovery team to get the funds from your customer even though i am explaining everything in clear cut manner?

                                    We dont have customer care numbers to contact you people and we have to go main branch but those guys dont have minimum ethics on how to deal with customers?

                                    Even i can write more n more by mentioning their names but thats not my aim here. I just want to close this loan with the immediate effect and inform cibil to update their records.

                                    Because of these two loans, my score is becoming worse even though there was not mistake from my end.

                                    Hope you can understand and act on this immediately by talking help from gauri and reliance group, amanora
