I had a education loan with corporation bank which has been completed and for which noc letter and no dues o/s letter has also been received by me. But still in my cibil records a due of 5000/- approx. Seems to be unpaid in the same matter and it has been more than 1 year, i have been facing same problem & rejected for loan. Pl check and clear the wrong information in your records.

    Hi,

    I have got the report with full of inaccuracies

    1. CIBIL report shows that i have been using the HDFC Credit card since 2011 (which is true) but the payment history doesn't show anything so if payment history is not calculated then the score wont increase.

    2. I took the last report on 9th January 2017 and the score was 620 but now in this report its 618 whereas i have not made any late payment nor inquiry or cheque bounce but still score decreased, i dont really understand why its decreased. I can say this is just because of wrong calculations of the score.

    Same has been explained to your representative on 20th February 2017 and she acknowledge all the inaccuracies and given the below mentioned Grievance ID.

    Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, as its been 5 months now and i am still fighting to get some response from CIBIL, Is this how an organization works who keeps the important data of every person in India?

    Hi,

    The above response is utterly non-sense because i have mentioned in my query that i have already raised a dispute and its been more than 5 months and not yet resolved and asked for the priority but your response is like a auto reply to my query.

    Just imagine what kind of service this CIBIL is giving to customers and i dont understand how these banks believe their reports.

    I have taken the reports from other bureau's and their reports are without any faults and how does these are happening only in CIBIL?

    One of the stupid organization in the whole country.

        I am Sathish Kumar from Tamil nadu my dob is 15.05.1979, I have applied for housing loan in SBI.In my CIBIL it shows a lots of loan that I listed below but still this date I did not get any loan for me, so I need the clarification for this immediately.

        And also I don't have Passport, but my CIBIL report showing passport number.
        Moreover I have applied my PAN card in the year of 2011 only, but my CIBIL is showing credit details from the year 2006, which should not be under my name.

        Personal info variations page is showing wrong details such as My name "Kumar Sathish" and DOB as "15.05.1976". and also my personal email ID also showing wrongly. There was 3 emails in which one is mine ([protected]@gmail.com) and the other TWO emails are not related to me.

        First page of my CIBIL is showing my address as totally wrong. I am worried that my CIBIL is showing some other persons details as well.

        Hence I request you to please correct and delete the below credit details from my CIBIL report immediately and confirm.

          Hi,

          My name is Shivaram K and living in Bangalore.

          My complain is, I have purchased TransUnion CIBIL report on 13th Feb 2017 by paying Rs.550 from my Credit Card but I have not got the report and I have called the Customer Care of CIBIL but they are saying that I have not made any
          payment but my credit card bank is saying that payment is already claimed from the CIBIL.

          I have sent a mail to CIBIL ([protected]@cibil.com) for the clarifications but so far I have not received any response from them.

          I wanted the report very urgently so I have tried again to take the report hence I have paid again by different credit card twice but the result is same.

          I have paid trice but not received the service from them the nor the response for what had happened.

          Please resolve this issue ASAP or else i will go to RBI or Cyber crime dept.

          Note: For every silly complain they will give 15-30 days of working days and i am fed-up of that.

          MY name is Ashish Gupta. MY CIBIL SHOWS THAT I HAVE 2 PAN CARDS.

          but when i login to MYCIBIL account, it shows only one.. but Credit institutions tells me that its showing 2 PAN CARDS.

          Request you to please resolve my query and get my CIBIL rectified as I am facing a lot of problem due to this.

            I have applied for citibank credit card in january and it got rejected saying my cibil score is low and they sent the cibil report.in that report my cibil is 629.
            But i personally applied for cibil report by paying 500 and i got the report from cibil.in my report is shows 733.
            Why this mismatch. I never defaulted on any loan.
            Why the score is mismatched between personally enquired cibil report score and the citibank sent cibil report score

              I had a two wheeler loan with capital first limited which has been xompleted and for which noc letter and no dues o/s letter has also been received by me. But still in my cibil records a loan t of 43000/- approx seems to be unpaid in the same matter and it has been more tha 1 year i have been facing same problem & rejected for loan. Pl check and clear the wrong information in your records and no loan in my name is o/s my last loan was in dec 2016 in which last emi was paid and noc has been received for the same.

              Still the previous loan still seems o/s on the records and when u go for a loan they simply reject saying u havent paid loan since long so sorry. While i dont relate to that even after paying up the loan it shows o/s

                    I have generated CIBIL Report and my name and birth date was wrong.
                    The report contains 18 accounts. OUT OF 18, The 13 account are not related to me. How can a responsible company "CIBIL" do like this because currently all the financial institutions are referring CIBIL report and its a critical information for everyone.

                    Recently I applied an application to SBI and they told me that, your CIBIL score is less. When I generate CIBIL report myself, found out that name itself is wrong, the birth date is also wrong. In report my PAN and Pasport number is correct, without cross checking the main database, how CIBIL did this. Can RBI take action on this because this may happen with many people?

                    For such high critical topic I raise dispute, and unfortunately the worst think is there is no replay from CIBIL.

                      My credit score is just 570 and it still shows some outstanding amount there. Please check again whether you have received my settlement reports from ICICI Bank or not. There were two settlements ..Loan and Credit card. Please look into this case. I am not been able to apply for credit card or any loan. There should be no outstanding now. Please solve my problem.

                            Hi Team,

                            I had applied for loan. But I got a call from bank stating my credit score is going low day by day.
                            I need to raise concern for control no: 16587861. I'm paying minimum due on my credit cards due to personal family issues, but still it is showing Rs 8810 as due. Could you please rectify this so that I can avail loan.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                Banks give information to CIBIL, They never cross verify details.If name gets match they put it in same name.My name is Rajesh, recently some default loan has been put it in my name which has taken by some one else.I have given the dispute but with out cross verifying the details they have closed the dispute.Still my issue is not sorted out.

                                  My cibil under Control no [protected].One Loan rs.145000/- not belongs to me My voter ID is HVV 3713054 One other Loan of 2 wheeler already closed but shows in cibil and it shows twice. H/L as on date regular but shows O/D 49724/- Business Loan shows O/s Rs.1114648/- whereas it is 825, 000/-.
                                  My PAN No is AVWPD1228L. Pls resolve the issues asap

                                    I have done CIBIL generation request on dated 18/01/2017 on your CIBIL generation portal but after completing online fee payment of Rs. 550 after sometime your portal shows following massage
                                    (Dear consumer you have been redirected to this page possibly because you have press the browser back button, if this redirection happens because you submitted your form, the transaction was not successful . pleases try again thank you)
                                    But the amount of 550 Rs was deducted from my HDFC saving account and till not received any CIBIL score.

                                    Kindly do the needful regarding my CIBIL score or please return the amount charged by you to me.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am applying for a loan and I was asked to get my CIBIL Report, so I tried through this "https://www.cibil.com" website and provided all the information and paid Rs 800. Once I clicked on payment it got some error and there is no message why this happened and status about my payment. But amount got deducted from my bank. I did the payment again for 2nd time and it go through.

                                      I see a serious security concern of payments here with CIBIL. They don't have any proper system to alert customers on their payments.

                                      Please help me to get the status or my money back. or if any suggestions on how can I approach Consumer court would be very helpful.

                                      I had applied for loan in 2012 from muthooth finance. After one year I had repay all my dues. But in 2015 they reported some details in cibil. When I visited to muthooth finance they told me that there is not such detail showing on in their system. Please help me to get it out.
