Dear SIr/Mam,

This is to inform you that my name is Ankit Akhilesh Verma Working in Pune(Maharshtra).I have taken home loan from dhfl under number PUN/034955. I have an agreement with the builder that till possession is not done, he will pay emi. The builder has missed 4-5 installments(which he paid later) but my cibil score is impacted due to this.

Builder has provided me with a letter stating that this was his fault and that my cibil should be normalized.DHFL has also provided me with accoutn statement that proves the same.

I would request you to please normalize my cibil ASAP as this was a fault on builders side. I contacted DHFL but they told me that there is no way to achive that.

        Dear Sir,
        This is to inform you that i have taken personal Loan from HDFC Bank in the year 2010 December amounting to Rs 150000(One Lakh fifty thousand ) with a term of 5 years and closure done this year February 2015. . To be frank i have very poor repayment history and so many cheque bounces happen during my EMI period . I never thought and realise that it will effect my CIBIL score in future days which will lead to rejection of Loan eligibility. Whenever i apply for any new Loan my loan get rejected due to bad repayment history and low CIBIL score even after closure of my Personal Loan .
        So therefore my earnest request to your esteem department to kindly suggest me how to improve my CIBIL Score rating . My current CIBIL score is only 602 . I have been working in different corporate sector since 2006 . My total experience is 9 years and currently am working in Private telecom company Aircel Dishnet Wireless Ltd. drawing monthly salary of 51, 000.
        Every human being does mistake in life for good reason, realise for betterman but in my opinion rejecting loan on repayment history and low CIBIL score is totally burden for a person like me . This is too much punishable from CIBIL department . When am badly inneed of financial emergency to safe someone life, with full hope and confidence i have applied personal loans against my salary in different Banking sector but my Loan get rejected due to low CIBIL report . So am compell with no option have to take loan from local money lenders at 5 % interest on monthly basis.
        Initially i manage and use to pay interest regularly to money lenders on monthly basis but due to emergency and difficulties situation come across in my family, i started delaying the monthly interest and making habit of paying after 3-4 months to money lender which again my financial position leads to pathetic condition . So to pay the pending interest for 3-4 months i used to take loan from local money lender at 5% interest .My financial position becomes stuck up month on month unable to manage my family expenditure and even unable to pay the interest on monthly basis. This financial burden becomes daily monthly routine till date .
        I am really having a tough time, struggling every month and cannot properly sleep due to too much stress . I use to purchased CIBIL report through online every 2-3 months with lots of hope and expectation that my CIBIL score has improved but my CIBIL report remain same .
        Therefore i once again request your esteem department to kindly understand my situation on humanitarian ground and suggest me how to improve my CIBIL report . Being a responsible and hardworking guy i want to get rit of this pathetic financial position with the help of seeking financial assistant from private banking sector against my salary to cover up the loan taken from local money lender .

        Last but not the least I will be hopefully expecting positive response from your concern CIBIL team.

          I am in very high pain that CiBil is trying to spoil my credibility. They are continuously uploading wrong information without verifying the details. Guys, if you have same issue then this is time together and file a PIL(Public-Interest Litigation) in the court against Cibil and reported banks. My case is that where many bank and lending institutions posted wrong details and inquires in the report. By this way, I lost score from 760 to 720 and now it is 718. They are reducing score very fast even in 10 to 15 days interval. I have no any default EMIs and credit cards payments in past 2 years. But a bank posted wrong a over due amount of Rs.55734 in July 2015 as over draft account. I never have any over draft account with reported bank. I raised complained on 22nd august with Dispute ID -D[protected] and Another dispute for same D[protected]. Till today I am not getting any update from Cibil as well as bank. By this way I am in trouble because it shows over due and decreasing my score. Another Hand, I inquired credit facility from bank/other lending institutions but they are reporting double/triple entry for same application. Some institutions/bank are reporting on-line eligibility checking inquires to cibil. I raised complain with dispute ID D[protected] on[protected] and replied that all details are correct. How it could be? Report Cibil into the negative list and file PIL and cases in the court. we require to teach lesson to them. I know that CIBIL is not only faultier bank/lending institutions are also same faultier because they are reporting incorrect information to cibil. When we apply for any credit facility, then every institutions check cibil without any doubt, when we need to correct details into the cibil report then they are not serious at all. they never respond properly on this. How could you keep our records without proper verification of the content/details of the consumer? Are you MAD? Are you hacker? This is ridiculous. I will not leave you in anyway I am finding the way of law to teach the lesson. I am not against that loan or credit faultier are not known by banks but there must be only faultier lists not our all personal credentials. there is risk of hacking of details and can be used in wrong way. CIBIL is not Govt institution at all who can keep our personal details by this irresponsible way. Jago Grahak Jago!! Go ahead and help me to File PIL in the court against Cibil.

            These Guys have spoiled my reputation, My CIBIL REPORT is showing 500 POints since they have falsified with some one's report in mine, it has 18 credit card & Loan Information where as i have only 3 Credit card & 1 loan. What a Heck job these guys needs to be penalized and punished for spoiling reputation of civilian's its costing me a lot now. I have raised a Case (SR #[protected] & DISPUTE( D[protected] & D[protected] for which they came back and told that its all mine what insane reply. Thanks, Chandru

            I think, this is the standard practice of CIBIL. I am struggling for almost last one year to get my CIR issue resolved but CIBIL never paid any attention to that. They just sent me a false report and communicated that the issue has been resolved but when I compared the report sent by them in email and the latest report downloaded by me, I found a huge difference. This is becoming a practice of CIBIL. They blame members only. I raised dispute 40128342 in Oct 2014 and several after that on same issue but never had concrete resolution. I am suffering a lot and can not see any option other than suing CIBIL and member bank. It has disturbed me mentally.

                  Dear Sir/Madam, I have requested for a CIBIL report online 3 times but all the times the questions displayed are not related from credit history and the authentication failed most of the time. All the times, I was charged Rs. 500 to get the reports. I am currently out town and will need to access my report urgently but failed to understand why the report cannot be emailed to me. Please help to advise an alternate way of getting the report. I have already CIBIL for other service request[protected]‏ ) but there is no reply. Registration Id - SCO[protected], SCO[protected]

                    I have generated CIBIL Report and my name was wrong. The report contains 17 accounts and only 2 are related to me. How can a responsible company do like this because currently all the financial institutions are referring CIBIL report. Many times my many applications of Credit Card were rejected but nobody told me the exact problem. Recently I applied an application to SBI and they told me that, your CIBIL score is less. When I generate CIBIL report my self, found out that name itself is wrong. In report my PAN and Pasport number is correct, without cross checking the main database, how CIBIL did this.                         Hi, this is hari prasad. My pan no. Adcph3194h, dob 20/10/1986. My cibilbreport shows 2 credit cards are been opened. Till date i never been used a icici credit card in my life butvit shows a outstanding amount of about 1 lakh something and card is been taken in the year 2004, i was a 12th standard student at that time. Due to this wrong capture i lost my credit stabilty and score... Pls review this and make the necessary action to correct this stupidness.

                          I had applied for the Citi bank Credit Card . My application has been rejected vide on the grounds of negative credit history based on a Credit Information Report from Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited ('CIBIL'). A copy of the Credit Information Report with control number[protected] Date[protected] was attached to letter. As per the report, my credit scoring was 716 and scoring factors included the following - 1. Presence of a tradeline 91+ days delinquent 13 or more months ago. 2. No presence of a revolving tradeline 3. Presence of severe delinquency in the past 6 months. However I have paid 500 and got my CIBIL score report control no.[protected] on date[protected]. In this report my score shows 778 and I do not see anything wrong in the report. All my payments are before due date. To my knowledge, I have not been a party to the above defaults and would like to get these defaults cleared at the earliest. I need complete details of the above defaults and the process to get these resolved so that my credit history is cleaned up for any future transactions.

                          Thank you for the quick response, i have tried to raise an on line dispute, but i could not found the proper category. My concern is i have got my CIBIL report[protected] with control number[protected] and that report says my score is 778 and does not show any fault nor any part is under dispute and the report which i received from Citi Bank on 1-7-2015 with control number[protected], an this report says my score is 716. I want to know what went wrong within 3 days so my score came down from 778 to 716.


                          More over the Citi bank CIBIL report says scoring factor as


                          1. Presence of a tradeline 91+ days delinquent 13 or more months ago.
                          2. No presence of a revolving tradeline
                          3. Presence of severe delinquency in the past 6 months


                          But both the CIBIL report does not show any faulty payment made by me in the payment history for all my 3 accounts. Best of my knowledge none of my payments are crossed the due date. Also EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION UNDER DISPUTE shows error reported on[protected], where my report which generated[protected] does not show any error.


                          Hence i would like to know why 2 report shows different CIBIL score which is generated within 3 days gap and the reason for scoring factors showed in the Citi banak Report.

                          Same thing happened to me also pls help me how to resolve it.i need to discuss with you pls provide the number pls.
                          Exact Same thing happened to me. My Credit Card application got declined by AMEX and the cibil report provided by them had a credit score of 644 and the same 2 issues:

                          1. Presence of a tradeline 91+ days delinquent 13 or more months ago.
                          2. Presence of severe delinquency in the past 6 months

                          I paid 1200 on the Cibil site for my credit report. This fresh report (generated 2 days after the Amex report) had a score of 746 and no such issues at all.

                          Why is CIBIL providing 2 different scores for the same period? One for customers and other for banks. This is fraud (taking money and providing wrong scores) and scam. Is there any explanation for this?

                            Dear All, While applying the housing loan to SBI, I came to know that subject amount is due in CIBIL. I have never approached to any finacial institutes before apply to SBI for any loan query. Due to CIBIL outstanding, I am facing to get my present loan from SBI. Kindly resolve the subject issue asap otherwise I will esclate this issue before the Manager-Consumer Services.                                 Hi May Name is Deepak Sharma, I have recently applied for a personal Loan from HDFC bank, after processing the file i got a call from HDFC stating that my loan cannot be processed as in my CIBIL records 2 loans are reflecting 1. HDFC Persoanal Loan 8.5 lacks starting from 2012 (which is Valid) 2. HDFC HOME Loan 49 lacks starting from March-15 (Which i have never applied and never got any payment also not paying any EMI.).                                       If you have never taken any loan or credit card then there is no credit history available for you in the CIBIL database. Some lenders’ credit policy prevents them from providing loans to applicants with no credit history in the bureau database.
