Dear Team,
High DPD shows in my CIBIL, as per sanctioned amount I had availed one PL from Kotak Mahindra Bank, Agreement no. of the same is SPL 94039, which is already matured & closed and NOC & SPDC of the same has been already received by me as well, Mode of Payment was SI from Kotak Bank & have always maintained sufficient balance, could not able to understand the reason why the same is still reflects,
Request you to please ratify the same.
