Dear sir, This is for your kind information, that i had paid in full and settled my credit card no hdfc bank credit card no[protected], vide settlement letter dated 21/jan/16, ref no s 1675541, but i am surprised to find that in my cibil report, your bank has updated the status as "suit filed (Wilful default" which is untrue and very wrong. Therefore, i would request your concerned authorities to rectify the above mentioned error in my cibil immediately, else i will be compelled to take help of legal course through ombudsman.
