[Resolved]  Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — Irresponsible organization

Due to some emergency need I applied for the Loan in A Bank. Everything was confirmed & at the end of finalization, bank notified me as my CIBIL score is only 615 & there was running loan of seven & half lakhs information displayed in my account.

Bank advised me to get a clear CIBIL information & high score to proceed further for the loan.

Then I paid Rs 550.00 to get my CIBIL information & was shocked on seeing my CIBIL information.

In Which My Name, DOB, My Address, Passport Number & Voter ID information was incorrect & in appropriate. But my driving License number, Pan Number, My home & office address matching the same.

Moreover, 23 Banks account Information (Loans & Credit Cards) which is not related to me was included incorrectly to my account which might cause my Score to be very low.

I raised a dispute through the CIBIL website itself mentioning all the incorrect account information & my personal information on 11/03/2017.
Almost 40+ days completed till I didn’t get a proper resolution or proper response from the respective organization.

Whenever I try to reach them through Customer Service Number, People are saying Their Network systems is very slow, Server Error please reach out at some times.

Even i[censored]nfortunately Network available when I make call, people are stating the same statement as “Still Dispute is in In-progress status. They are waiting for response from the respective Bank”.

But in MyCIBIL portal all the inappropriate bank information was showing as removed, but still I don’t understand for what more information they are expecting the banks to make my account clear?

All I need to know who is governing the CIBIL? How my Personal Information changes while I provided all the valid documents to get the PAN number? Whatever the information provided by the bank will be updated in one’s CIBIL account without any examination or proper analysis whether the information provided by the bank is correct or incorrect?

No possibilities for higher level escalation. No other facilities available in other cities than Mumbai to reach for any direct inquiry also. How could I reach them being in Chennai?

Why this CIBIL is beating in the stomach of middle Class common people like me? Is this the justice? To whom I should reach for the solutions? Only GOD knows when I will get a clear information & Account.
