Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — loan account not showing

I have running loan acount from au finance but it is not showing on my cibil. My cibil is showing nh. Because of this i am not getting loans.
My payment is well on time with 100% track record.
Even in paisabazaar i am getting my loan history and have got 801 credit score.
But in cibil it is showing nh.

I am not getting loans because of these problems

Please rectify my problem

Niether I had taken nor had I cleared it so PLEASE RESTIFY IT. It is making my cibil value low. Please check it and clear it...

My cibil score is showing low and banks are refusing loans citing the low cibil score
I had taken up with cibil but they are not replying properly
How can i go about this

My pan no. AABI3078H, I was closed loan amount in 2015, i[censored] give me email id or whatsapp number, I can send a no dues certificate from Bank of maharashtra, vishranti adi br. Pune
