I have surrender the policy in kothapet branch, hyderabad and the amount of rs.151781.60 paise is reflected in a/c current a/c[protected] of icici bank, lbnagar, branch, hyderabad. And this a/c was closed on 30th november 2015. When the total amount is paid where is the matter of over due of amount. Kindly help me in this issue to take up the further step. Regards, P.
