[Resolved] Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — serious complaint for civil and banks | |||||
Hello team, I am fighting with cibil since dec 2016 regarding one of dispute # cds[protected]. There is loan account # hr3047tw0022159 mapped in cibil report and this does not belongs to me. Financer name tvs credit pvt. Ltd. There are so many reminders sent by tvs to cibil just to remove this loan account number from my cibil report but there is no response from cibil at all.. They are not even ready to listen our concern properly.. The way they speak is like uneducated people setting there.. Whenever i ask them to transfer my call to senior officer,, they use to say i am the boss.. No body else after me in this office... Please help me to get my dispute corrected... I had taken a home eqety loan from chola mandalam they are not updated my payments from 05/2016 onwards I had also diposeted the overdues amount in the mounth of june but till date it was showing in my cibil report
