Dear Sirs,

Login Now icon in your reply did not work in my desktop and
hence this e-mail.

I am surprised that RBS takes so long to even provide me
the credit card number so that I can clear the purported dues
of around Rs, 8500/- immediately.

Kindly note I am not aware of this dues at all. But still, I
prefer paying this money to see that my credit score is kept
healthy.

As such I seek your intervention in the matter immediately.
