Credit Mantri — on fee payment company is not resolving issue

Please do not opt for any of the service from credit mantri. Due to some communication gap my cc was not closed the due amount went to 6000/-. Further as it came to my notice i settled account for inr 4000/-. Later on after 2 year or so the creditmantri representative kept following-up and saying this cc account is impacting my credit score so to be sure i connect with cc bank and asked for amount to mark status as closed so bank asked to pay remaining 2000/- to move status from settled to closed. But, this creditmantri representative again called and when i informed that i will to bank and get it closed he influenced saying there is no need to pay amount to bank and if there is they will negotiate the amount with bank so simply pay 925/- fees to creditmantri and they will get it closed in all places and also gave assurance saying they will share the telephone conversation transcript over mail post payment. So, i opt for so called credit improvement (The fake) service. Guess what! The creditmantri never shared telephone conversation transcript and in name of service shared same info (Which i already knew) saying i need to clear remaining 2000/- due amount to get it closed and nothing can be done without this payment. I have to end up paying 2000/- due amount bank and free of cost fees of 925/- to creditmantri for doing nothing. I request to authoritative body to take prompt and serious actions against this fraud creditmantri company cheating to innocent public.
