    I want to deactivate my account but i didn't find any option to deactivate my account and at begining it claimed as free credit score. Now, they are sending emails regarding applicable fees. Please deactivate my creditmantri profile and account details including my pan. And please confirm the deactivation! I want the process to be completed very soon. And confirm me via my phone number. I am forced to do this because i cannot find any deactivation option in your app! Otherwise i would have done it myself

      निवेदन यह है कि आज दिनांक मैने एक सुविधा क्रेडिट मंत्री से ली उनके एग्जीक्यूटिव ने बोला आप ये सुविधा ले लो हम आपके अकाउंट से negative effects नेगेटिव इफेक्ट्स हटा देगे उसके कुछ मिनट के बाद दूसरे एग्जीक्यूटिव का फ़ोन आता है और बोला आप का एक और अकाउंट नेगेटिव में उसके लिए आप दोबारा से ये सुविधा ले जिसका अमाउंट 997 रूपये था अब में ये सुविधा हटवाना के लिए बोल रहा हू तो मना कर करे है, बोल रहे है के आप को दोनों सुविधा लेनी होगी जो कि मुझे पहले नहीं बताया गया था|

            I am simply annoyed with daily calls and emails from creditmantri and plus i am demaging my creditscore with the enqueiry done on month on month basis by creditmantri monthly cibil score update which i just realized it yesterday. I tried to delete and deactivate my account with creditmantri but there are no options available to deactivate my account with creditmantri. I dont want to continue using creditmantri. Please delete my creditmantri...

            These buggers at credit mantri keep sending me a lot of messages related to loans. As i am looking for a help i applied for a pl from shriram finances as offered by credit mantri. Two persons called me asking me to upload a few documents. I did so. Then they sent me a mail saying my online application is approved. Then there was an sms telling me to contact the shriram finances office here. When i go there they say they cannot entertain me until they get a login message for my case.
            This has happened a number of times. These buggers are simply playing games.
            Please i want my profile to be deleted from credit mantri.
            Kindly help.

                    Due to default in my emi remittance for a personal loan my credit score was low. To increase my credit rate i sought the help of creditmanthri in march 2019 and i paid rs.2000 (Invoice no. Cis/ars 2017-18/s jul[protected] per the direction of your staff to resolve the issue. My client id cm254671. With regret i disclose that i got one mail informing that an amount should be remitted to my bank for clearance. Kindly note that i have already settled my loan as one time settlement. If you direct again for remittance of balance amount which bank waved my why should i depend you? Iam looking for a house loan so if you could do any thing please inform me. The guy who frequently contacted for your service charge is now switched off.

                      I no longer want to receive any emails from this website. It really annoys me as they don't even give an unsubscribe button in emails. I could not even find the delete option on their website after login in with my account. Please delete my account or give me a way to do it on my own as the emails you send are no longer useful for me, i am in no need to know my credit score.

                          Have paid rs.750+s tax towards credit improvement services by creditmantri.in the initial talk, it was discussed that, they have got negotiation arrangements with credit card banks and are able to get resolved the old pending disputes. Accordingly i agreed to resolve my long pending issue with icici credit card, wherein rs.23k is demanding for an actual outstanding of rs.2k. The dispute was going on since the year 2005 - and no action taken by icici bank to recover the money from me. The creditmantri's "advise" was to pay the amount of of rs.23k to icici bank, which "would improve my credit score". This was a bare cheating and i have made several attempts to get the refund of rs.750+stax, as there was no service provided by them. More than 40 complaints are raised, but there is a no serious revert from them - a standard reply of "trying to get in touch with youm but could not...". They never give their contact no. Or escalation mail ids.
                          If somebody, suggest a better was, pls share.

Further as it came to my notice i settled account for inr 4000/-. Later on after 2 year or so the creditmantri representative kept following-up and saying this cc account is impacting my credit score so to be sure i connect with cc bank and asked for amount to mark status as closed so bank asked to...

                            I remitted rs. 820/- on 17.04.19 thru online as sbi cards settlement after your repeated numerous calls.
                            I kept this sum of rs 820/- for some of my urgent needs, but had given to you, only to keep me credit healthy believing your statements.
                            I already had talks with sbi cards people for an earliest settlement fixed as 140000/- last year on which i already paid 80000/- last year, and the balance was 60000/-....

                              Since 3 i am almost contacted two or three time by credit mantis staff asking to deposit money to improve my auto loan
                              Which i have already settled with bank by paying all out standing amount in one shot. But as it always happen bank doesn't find it important to record it on my credit score which is still negative. So i contacted credit mantri and paid them rs 945 on line to make things better as they only have to contact bank for uploading settled case so that it can be improved. But i am astonished to see the infor about my loan account on hd bank. As credit mantri is showing one lakh and forty five thousand still i have to pay to hdfc bank to settle my case. What type of. Company is this is paid service to improve ones credit score. Totally disgusting and it seems to me it is fraudulent company. So be careful i am honish jamwal. From jammu mr phone no is [protected].
