Creditcard — HSBC purposefully delaying and harassing me

Hi Team,

There was a delay in my credit card payment, I realized that and called customer care and asked for details like how they are calculating the amount which HSBC added to the statement. Also asked HSBC to send me in writing, clearly told them unless they send that to me, i am not going to clear those extra charges which they added. It has been more than 1.6 yrs, they haven't sent me yet. They called multiple times for payment I asked them to check on the complaint, they are not responding on that. They haven't sent me and keep on adding month on monthly charges to that. it's going to be lakhs because of their mistake, the amount increased to 50K above. it's going to be Lakhs as HSBC wantedly and purposefully doing. If not doing purposefully they should have sent me details followed by the month I raised a complaint. It has more than 1.6 yrs if not purposefully why not sent. In one of the call they told like they sent me over e-mail which is not true (i asked them to forward that e-mail, which they haven't forward to me yet. ) not sure how to proceed with. I have taken loans, using credit cards. I have been paying loans & credit cards ontime. No effect on CIBIL score. Due to HSBC only it's effecting which they are doing purposefully.

Hope I get proper justice on this.
