CreditMantri — Abusive language by Creditmantri customer care Senior Executive

Past one month I'm getting calls from credit mantri about resolving my negative score by paying 999 along with GST, after particular confirmations regarding hidden charges finally I paid 1, 179 rupees (including GST) on[protected], after completing my payment they started harrasing to pay additional charges to get reports every month, as per my right I rejected their offer, but one of the customer care senior executive repeatedly forcing to pay money, on this deep conversations she started using abused language..those words can't be explained in written by social platform as per deciplainory manner.Hole conversation taken place in my regional language Telugu,
